Hi again, I sent an email to sales@hayleystore.com 3 weeks ago, just asking for a confirmation of my two orders (28th April and 6th May), but Mr Westenra hasn't replied yet I'm totally okay with waiting for what I ordered, but I'm getting a little worried that I haven't received any kind of confirmation at all. Any advice on what I should/can do next? Thanks! cheers, Joanne

I had the same problem Joanne. I heard nothing, sent emails and still heard nothing, had just about given up when the package arrived in the mail!!!

You previously mentioned something about an old email address though? I'm still getting Paypal emails with my current address, but nothing from the Hayleystore so far. No package either, but I guess there's nothing for it but to wait.. Thanks!

Hi everyone, It's me again. It's been more than 4 months since I ordered from the Hayleystore, but I've gotten nothing, no confirmations, no replies to my emails, and definitely no packages Thanks to Dave, I managed to contact Steve Abbott about this problem. Unfortunately, he said he has nothing to do with the Hayleystore, but he did email them for me. Finally, I raised a dispute in the Paypal dispute centre - but because my order is more than 45 days old, they won't do anything about it. I'm out of ideas! Paypal's dispute centre was my last resort Can anyone offer some advice please? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks! cheers, Joanne

joanne--- mine took 5 and 6 months to show up, so i'd only be mildly concerned. i hope this works out well for you

As I said earlier, in my case it took literally months with no confirmation of order or anything. I had pretty much given up. Then one day, out of the blue, the package turned up.

That would be useful Roger, if you can.
I have to say that I do have some concerns about Hayleystore and its apparent slowness in responding to orders or queries from customers (or lack of response altogether). There have been a few cases that I know of where this seems to have occurred this year.
If any members who have not posted in this thread recently have had what they think are unacceptable delays in receipt of goods or replies to queries from Hayleystore, it may be helpful if they would now post here, so we (and perhaps Hayleystore) can guage the extent of the problem.

Gerald has confirmed today that all outstanding orders have been shipped but some of them only comparitively recently. I have PM'd the two members from whom I have had enquiries and will do so again when specific shipping dates for their orders are known. Hopefully, that will be soon after Gerald returns to NZ next week.

Hi everyone, I just received an email from Gerald in which he mentioned that the person who handles orders at the Hayleystore left recently, leaving him with a bit of a mess regarding some of the orders. So once he gets them sorted out, they'll be put in the mail! Hope everyone gets their orders soon! cheers, Joanne
