Hi Grant, I have also tried with your result. Maybe their sever has gone down while they a taking a break ?? My order from there only arrived a couple of days ago, I emailed them to say it had arrived safely. They acknowledge my email (yesterday ) and wished us all a Happy Christmas. Thanks to those of you who have reported the difficulties with Hayley's Online Store. It appears that the domain may not have been renewed on time. I have reported it to the Site Adminstrator.

Hi everyone, I received a delivery from the Online Store this week - I placed an order for "World At Her Feet" on New Year's Day and it took 16 days from order to delivery 12,000 miles away. I was very impressed with the service, in terms of the delivery speed, the reasonable price and the care that went into the packaging. I can't quite make out the initials on the customs declaration, but all the same it's exciting to receive some mail all the way from Christchurch! Now I need to find some quiet time to enjoy the book without interruptions. James

Hi everyone, I placed a order at "Hayley Online Store" for the book "The World at Her Feet", about two weeks ago (20 July 2008), when somebody in the Official Forum told me that I could get it signed personally by Hayley if I wished. WOW! That would mean the world to me. So I send an email to sales@hayleystore.com two days after I had placed the order, asking if I could get it signed even if this takes much longer, but so far I received no answer.

Hi PJ You may have a long wait! Hayley's On-line Store is operated, I believe, by Hayley's Dad, Gerald from New Zealand. As far as I am aware, Hayley is not scheduled to return to New Zealand until 21st December. If you don't get a reply (I'm sure you will) I'll try to remember to ask Hayley next time we see her, what the procedure is for getting items signed. The store may have some signed ones in stock of course. Best wishes Grant

Hi, I know there were alot of copys signed for Hayleys 2006 tour When you bought a copy at the concert they were pre signed They were i think then sold in the online store . But don't know if those are the ones left
