Ahh, that makes sense I guess. Most CDs here are around $9.99 to $14.99 CAD while imports are $30 to 40. Consider the exchange rate, extra shipping costs and custom duties it's still reasonably.

Hi everybody! I love the clip of The Water Is Wide. Hearing one of my favourite melodies plus my favourite voice singing it is sublime! Although I had hoped maybe Hayley would sing this song a capella, it still sounds great.

Guess I'll be ordering the album!

I think I would have to agree you Portia.

Hayley sounds beautiful from the clip (I heard it from ClassicalX) But I think it lacks the emotions of the song.

Heh, we now know the "full piano intro" was our intro to Hayley's piano playing. I kinda like it more now since I know it was done with her at the keys.

The only times I heard Hayley play piano were at her Joe's Pubs concerts where she hit the one note to give her pitch for an a cappella song. Obviously she was holding back. Maybe we'll get to hear even more of her keyboard prowess in the future.
