Im not allowed to tell you anything about Hayleys travel arrangements or times of arrivals etc... Thank you for saying that, Danny because it reminds me of something that I should have said long ago: If anyone should ever be aware of Hayley's travelling arrangements or details of where she is staying, etc., please do not state them on the forum - at least, not until after the event. Danny, I hope the event proves successful and that it is a sell-out. Last year's concert was superb and I wish I could be there this time but, sadly, I don't think it will be possible. Roger

Thanks Roger for your good wishes, in regards to photography the rules will be the same as last year, no flash. However the staff at the venue might stop you taking photos full stop if they see you. Im afraid i cant stop this, its up to individual discretion. th best time to get photos will be at the end of the concert when we present Hayley with flowers.

Please all buy a programme once you arrive as all money made from programme sales will go straight to the charities!! and youll have a lovely souvenire for Hayley to sign! Hi Danny Great to hear that there will be a programme for this concert. You can rest assured that I will be buying one and I would hope that fellow HWI'ers will follow suit. Just a thought, if any member not able to attend would like a programme, I'm sure we can sort something out for you. Best wishes Grant

Thanks for the info Danny. I should know next week whether or not I can make it. Well, actually, it is whether or not Sue can make it. If she can't I might come on my own, but I need to know whether I need one or two tickets. Our seats may well be well back, but I know I will enjoy just being there!

Martin, i believe there are still a few seats left in the Circle, regarded as the best in the house, im not sure if the ones left are any good or the ones with pillars but it might be worth investigating. If you are all intending to meet before hand i believe the restaraunt you used last year is still going strong, infact i think its just won another award. Other than that i can recommend Portofino, just round the corner, which is an italian style restaraunt which is really nice. Failing that theres a wetherspoons just up the road as well so you are all spoilt for choice!! Danny

Hi Danny and thanks for the touch of Egon Ronay! The Chinese restaurant we ate in last year was indeed excellent and it doesn't surprise me that it is winning awards. Gordon will personally vouch for the quality and range of the puddings on offer! Personally, I like the sound of the Italian you mention, so we will no doubt have to take a vote on it on the day. Best wishes Grant

Hi All,
I've just booked C43 in the circle. This is two rows back from the font of the circle, and pretty central, so I should have a good view. Sue unfortunately can't make it, she has to work, so I will be on my own.
I'm not sure what time I'll get there yet. But I hope to meet some of you before the show.

As I go through the thread (too late, although I think my still slight state of witlessness would have still hindered me) I realize I have made a booboo. I am in AA1. Not only a high stage but right at the side which might actually help--I have more chance to sit angle on. Originally I had it in mind to be up in the gods, pinning permanent reminders around me to take my opera glasses. I wonder if Hayley would massage my neck for me? Hi Peter! The same happened to me. I'm also in the front row on AA24. But during Hayley's Christmas Presence Tour in December 2006 in Cardiff I sat also in the front row and there was a high stage as well. In the end it wasn't really a problem, and Hayley was nearby too. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThomas

Hi all! My train arrives in Stoke-on-Trent at 11.20am which is very early, actually it might be even too early to check in into the hotel. But I can do that later. I would love to have a bite to eat and the restaurant Portofino sounds nice to me although I wouldn't insist on it if the majority likes to go somewhere else. I was in a Portofino restaurant in New Plymouth, NZ and it was very good. To meet Hayley before the show would be nice as long as Hayley likes to stop for a "hello". But that is always her decision so we will see. Thomas

Hi Everyone,
I can't beleieve how quickly this concert has been creeping up, I can't wait. I can be there for any time so that's not a problem.
Portofino's beforehand sounds excellent, I have been there before and it is a superb restaurant.

Hi Andy,
Yes, it will be good to meet up again. Are Vicky and Beth with you? I will be fresh from a holiday near Christchurch (Dorset though, not NZ unfortunately).
