Hi Bill Good to hear that you and your friend will be joining us at Stoke. Still trying to convert the friend, am sure a live Hayley show should get the job done. It doesn't usually fail and there's always the post concert "Hayleyfest" Best wishes Grant Grant, Hard to believe listening to Hayley live isn't enough to convert someone. But yes, meeting her after should also be a 'Westenwowing' experience. Two chances for conversion for the price of one! Regards Bill

Got my ticket today! See you there Grant . Excellent news Andy. Where are you sitting? Best wishes Grant Hi Grant I'm on row B (seat 10). What about you? I think there was a seat available on the second row, but thought it would be better slightly further back. I happened to be in Stoke today, so I made a detour past the Hall, to suss it out! Looking forward to this one Andy

Hi Grant, The seats from the front go AA, BB, CC, DD, A, B, C, D etc. I have booked CC 16 & CC 17. I've just looked back through the thread and saw that you also booked on CC, and not C. I have found a seating plan - www.all4access.com/page%2067.jpg (It's too big to post with image tags) Dazza

I've just looked back through the thread and saw that you also booked on CC, and not C. Obviously another senior moment! I remember now - I booked three concerts on the same day - all seat number 14!! - One on Row A, one on row AA and yes Dazza, you are quite right Stoke is CC. Going to hide now! Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant You got me thinking then!! Yes, I printed off a seating plan and saw that the first four rows are AA-DD. Row B was the best available when I rang for my ticket. Not too far from you so will be nice to catch up again. Andy

Just a warning to you all. At the end of this month/beginning of July the new Hall brochure is released, featuring this concert, and i will be commencing the other advertising, posters, radio interviews etc. If you are intending to go to this concert then if you make sure you book before then you will get the best seats, after this i cannot guarantee anything as last year the phone lines went frantic. Basically until now i havent done much advertising, feeling it was too early, and so not many people know about the concert, once they do im expecting quite a rush. If you do ring after the date and are disappointed with the seats that you are offered, instead of accepting them straight away contact me via pm and i will see what i can do, as i have a handful of tickets that are regarded as the best for competition prizes and sponsors etc. which im sure for die hard fans like yourselves i could jiggle about to squeeze you in. Look forward to seeing you all in October,
Danny

Hi again Dazza, I was going to add this to the other post but decided not to go of topic ! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifYes we must hope the TV schedule does not change the date too much I could still mange the 19th but not if Setanta go for it on the 20th ! Unfortunately I do not have any contacts so we will have to wait and see Best Wishes, Graham

Hi Graham,
I sent you a PM, not sure if you got it?
Yes, the fixture list seems to have been very kind regarding the game on the 18th. As long as Sky/Sentanta don't mess things up (though an earlier kick off on the Saturday would give us more time before the concert) I will sort you (and anybody else if they are interested) out with tickets if I can.
Stoke City v Tottenham followed by a Hayley concert in my home town - a perfect day!

Just to avoid any confusion whatsoever, even though this concert is the day before Aberdeen it is not a date on the tour. Therefore the repetoire being sung and the accompanying musicians will be completely different in Stoke than they will be throughout the rest of the country over the 2 months afterwards. The Stoke-on-Trent concert is purely to raise money and awareness for UNICEF and COPA, and therefore is remaining seperate and unique to the tour.

Hello everyone I received a copy of Victoria Hall's Autumn brochure in the post this morning. The wording for Hayley's concert seems a little odd So if the musicians are going to perform throughout the concert, I wonder when Hayley will be performing? No doubt Danny will be able to throw some light on the matter. Best wishes Grant

I can indeed shed light on the matter as it is me who wrote it! The point i was trying to make was the fact that the musicians will play pieces as well, i.e. Fiona will perform her own pieces as she does at other concerts, although the musicians havent yet been confirmed. This was put in as the main comment last time was that the concert was too short so i was trying to inform people in a subtle way that the concert would be longer this year. Hope this clears up any confusion,
Danny Please note i havent seen the brochure yet so im not entirely sure that there wording is entirely what i put, im just going on what Grant has said above.
