I apologise about the thingy up on the website front. That is out of my control. They have rushed to get the website ticketing system going and in the process completely mucked it up!

Hi, Our tickets should have arrived by now. They were dispatched before last Friday. It looks like they might have gone astray.  I am hoping they have just been put in ' a sack' that has not been moved to dispatch. It is going to be a pain if they really have gone astray. Graham |

Dont worry Graham, theyve had lots of problems at the Hall over the last few weeks, they are unpresidently busy! Ive had problems getting my tickets and i was collecting from the box office, although admittedly i was getting rather more tickets than yourself.
Im sure they will turn up, if you still havent recieved them in 2 weeks let me know and i will try and chase them up for you.

I was told our tickets would be here by last Friday. I rang up on Monday and all I could be told was they were 'ticked off' therefore they have been posted, but they could not say when. "They should therefore be with you at the latest by the middle of the week". Now it's Friday again and still no tickets. From what you say it does look they are probably still somewhere 'in a sack' ready to be posted, and what I was told was incorrect ? The fact that Grant is in a same position suggest this is the case. I was told to ring back on Monday but from what you say it might be sensible to wait a bit  Graham |

Ring back on monday, ive found the best way to deal with them is to just keep haslsing till they get sick of you!! lol. They managed to forget half my tickets last week and when my mum collected they other half today theyd lost them! I can only apologise for your ticket delay and stress that its nothing to do with me!!! I dont own or run the hall, im just renting it out! If i did own it it would be a lot better run! lol.

Bill the Lurker and friend are there. Seats DD9 & 10. Tickets received today. Still trying to convert the friend, am sure a live Hayley show should get the job done.

Hi Danny, Dazza, Grant and everyone, Pleased to say our tickets have arrived safely. The fact everyone's arrived today would seem to support that all tickets were 'held' then released together. Therefore the two people I spoke to on the phone at the box office last week did not really have a clue what was happening !
