I'm going to sit on one of those fancy plastic seats. As I have front row it should be row AA. The seating plan says the addtional seats aren't numbered so I should queue in early to grab a good seat.

It was the first time I booked a ticket over the phone but I just realized I have nothing to proove that I bought one.
They still haven't debited my credit card and I didn't get any receipt. Unless it is the usual procedure?

Hi Stephany,

I wouldn't know the normal proceedure for this venue because I have never booked with them. A lot of venues give some sort of reference number at the time of booking but not all of them. I have just booked for Southampton and I wasn't given a number.

I don't think you need to worry just yet but, if you hear nothing during the next couple of weeks, or if it doesn't appear on your next credit card statement, it might be worth contacting the venue to put your mind at rest.

My credit card has already been debited. But that is the only proof I have. No reference number as well. If you worry maybe you can call there again. They seemed to be nice and helpful on the phone. If it isn't on the next credit card statement I would call there definitely again.

Thank you for your advices. I called and the debit now appears on my credit card account ! I was worrying for nothing.

I will arrive there a day before the concert, directly from Southampton. Plenty of time to visit the city!
