Hi Karsten,
Your report and photos are excellent , glad the Saturday concert went well. I particularly appreciated the photos taken of Hayley wearing the black-grey outfit on the Saturday as none were taken on Friday.
I have just returned from the cinema having seen a film called HAIRSPRAY, now that rings a bell or should I say a smell!!
Best Wishes
Gordon

Hi everybody, many thanks for the appreciation - I tried my best to come up to Hayley. Grant, perhaps we should agree on dark-blue, but to my mind the other colour isn't gray but light-blue ? Perhaps I'm colour-blind. Best wishes Karsten And here are the pictures from August 4th after the interval - of course Hayley wore THE green dress again:

Grant, perhaps we should agree on dark-blue, but to my mind the other colour isn't gray but light-blue ? Oh dear! Did I say dark blue? Correctly, I think, dark blue over light blue. Until Gawsworth last year I thought it was green! Tehe! Maybe it's me that's colour blind! More great pictures though. Best wishes Grant

Part VI - After the concert Well, the same procedure as on Friday but more people asking for an autograph. Our HWI mini group had again a plenty of time to picture it, this time from two different angles. At the end came the brief chat with George who brought a patchwork poster to sign and of course there was a picture of Hayley and George. By the way, Bill got his photo(s) with Hayley, too. (I can only repeat... - join and send me a PM, there are two nice pictures on my SD card.) This time the local organization committee was not in such a hurry so I seized the chance to get another Hayley autograph beside the other three signatures Of course Hayley didn't remember my name but my regional provenance was still known to her and saying farewell she smiled again in German "Gute Reise" (Godspeed). So my second and even better concert came (to soon) to an end - but there are only four month until December 4th in Dublin. I departed from Shropshire the next day and went via Hay-on-Wye to Gloucestershire. I visited the towns nearby - Worcester, Stratford, Gloucester and Oxford, before flying home yesterday. Shortly after the lift-off the clouds became thicker and in Frankfurt-Hahn the weather was misty and rainy. Soon I learned that now there are severe problems with flooding here in (the south of) Germany. To resume I had a perfect holiday in the UK and have to thank Hayley accompanied by Fiona, Ian and Misha for both unforgettable evenings. It was a simply wonderful experience. It was a pleasure for me to meet George, Gordon and Grant, too. Hope to see you soon again. All the best Karsten And here the (almost) last photos are coming...

Very well-done Karsten! Your pictures are excellent and it was really nice to read your comments about your two first concerts Is there any way you can come back to the UK before December 4 for another concert? Four months is a long way! Best wishes from Paris, Stephany

Hi Karsten,
Many thanks for your superb coverage. I hope you will be able to come to the UK again for some concerts in the London area where many more HWI members are likely to attend. Glad you had an enjoyable time while you were here.
Thanks also to the three Gs - George, Grant and Gordon for your reports and photos.
Roger

Hi Karsten Thanks for the great reporting and photos. Your contribution is much appreciated. Now I wonder if Hayley was saying the following: "Is that my chocolate you are eating? "And what's more you ate it so quickly you got some on your cheek"! Martin
