I thought it might be interesting to compile a list of songs that Hayley has sung in concert. This is not a definitive list; it is merely those I know about. If anyone can add any others, especially any from the Celtic Woman shows, please post details in this thread and I (or one of the Moderators) will add them to the main list. Well, I hope they will – I haven’t actually asked them!

It isn’t practical to include all tours or venues, but I will give at least one for each song as an example.

Hello Jeroen!

I remember Hayley singing "All Things Bright and Beautiful" on 'Songs of Praise', but I don't think she's ever sung it in one of her concerts, unless somebody knows differently.

I didn't know either she had sung 'Dark Watlz' in concert.
What a privilege to attend such a performance, as it is a very difficult song and yet fabulously beautiful.

Hi Stephany,

Yep, Hayley sang 'Dark Waltz' throughout the Pure tour in the UK in 2004. I don't know if she sang it elsewhere in the world at that time. I have certainly not known her perfrom it since that time.

Thanks for the answer. I'm not sure I'm still on topic but I do have another question. Do you think she could actually still sing 'Wuthering Heights' in concert or has her voice matured too strongly for that?

Hi Stephany,

This is merely my personal view. Yes, I think she *could* sing it but I think it is highly unlikely that she will. As with 'Dark Waltz', she hasn't sung it in the UK since the Pure Tour although she performed it in New Zealand in August 2004 for the DVD.

Sorry it has taken so long for me to respond to your suggested addition of 'All Things Bright and Beautiful'. I have a feeling you are right but can you tell me where she performed it? Was it for Songs of Praise, perhaps? If so, I believe that would have been in the Royal Albert Hall. I'm not sure though.

Not sure if concerts recorded specifically for TV and radio (which we may or may not find out about) count as "sung in concert" though. Songs of Praise have been known to get the singer(s) to mime to an existing recordng, for example, although i think All Things Bright and Beautiful was sung live. Is sung in concert the same as sung for a TV or radio recording before a live audience? Possibly not...

I accept what you say about it counting as a concert or not but as Hayley permormed the song in front of a live audience, I think for purposes of this thread, it should count.
