Does anyone know if Hayley will come to the US this year?

I don't think even Hayley knows for sure, but maybe she does and is just keeping it a secret from us!

Hi Caitlin,
We haven't heard that she will but you never know. Looking at her schedule, I doubt if it would be for long though. She is in NZ until late February and then in the UK from early March until May. She will be in Japan for much of June before returning to the UK until September. Beyond that, we just don't know yet. There are gaps of two or three weeks here and there so don't rule out the possibility completely.

I certainly hope that she can come to the states. An effort to increase Hayley's exposure here may also include TV interviews and the like. I don't know how she does it, but thank goodness that Hayley is blessed with so much energy. Gene

Hayley has mentioned a tour of Australia and the US, sometime after she starts recording her album in March. (A pit stop in LA is not a tour! ). It wouldn't seem like she'd need more than 2 or 3 weeks to come to at least a couple major cities in each region. California and Washington could be her western stops; not that I'd want Oregon to miss out, but I don't to miss out, either! I may be able travel down there if I had to, but I probably wouldn't make it to a California concert. What I don't understand is why Hayley is going to Japan again for another big tour. She was just there! That doesn't seem fair.

At least your lucky you live on the coast she probably would never come to the Midwest on a pit stop of north America. let alone close enough for me to afford to see her live. I cannot go very far either Libby. I don't fault Hayley of course, but on the same hand I know she could sell out our local venue where our classical concert are held. We have a World class keyboard festival, so the support for this kind of concert would be well received. www.thegilmoreiscoming.com/But with her current schedule I don't see it happening in the USA unless its just a token stop. And she goes to Japan because she likes the food Just my 2cents worth Monte

And she goes to Japan because she likes the food Haha, yes that's true Monte, but it isn't the only reason. She knows that she can easily sell out six or eight venues in Japan with relatively little promotion. Sadly, that is not the case in the US. For practical reasons, she must focus on the areas in the world where she is already well established. To spend any significant time elsewhere is a risk and could cost here dearly. I have no doubt that she will appear in many part of the States in due course but, because it is such a vast area, it is unlikely that she would stay there long enough to appear in every region.
