I saw on another announcement that Sir James Galway would be performing as well, however I don't see him listed above.

I wouldn't really call it a Hayley concert, more like a Hayley sings a few songs at a concert with a bunch of other people. LOL

And, of course it's Hayley's Tim Evans. It would certainly be a strange coincidence if it was a different one who just so happened to appear at the same concert as Hayley.

Depending on the ticket cost I'm considering attending this concert as I've relocated to New Jersey for a couple years. It costs a pretty penny to get into NYC, plus it is a weeknight, so I'm not sure about that. I will keep you all posted though.

Found a short article focusing on Matthew Morrison as the star attraction, and also describes a little more about what the concert will be like:

Tony nominee Matthew Morrison will be part of The American Christmas Carol, a December 1 concert at Carnegie Hall that will benefit Kate Winslet’s Golden Hat Foundation, which celebrates and fosters awareness of those living with autism.

Tim Janis’ evening, which begins at 8 PM, will also feature Hayley Westenra, Caroline Campbell, Alex Boye, Melora Hardin, and Dallyn Vail Bayles.

The artists will be backed by a full orchestra and a 200-voice choir, featuring The Broadway Youth Ensemble, Chesapeake Youth Symphony Orchestra, The American Christmas Carol Choir, and The Fairfield County Children's Choir. Conductors include Julien Benichou, Matthew Vanzini, and Jon Noyes. The concertmaster is Kurt Nikkanen.

Morrison, who starred in Fox’s Glee, has been seen on Broadway in Hairspray, South Pacific, The Light in the Piazza, and Finding Neverland.

Found another similar article, which adds nothing different than this one (except that it refers to Hayley as a dreaded [crossover] "sensation"). I hated that website because it brought up a pop-up ad, with no X anywhere to be seen. I found the word CLOSE at the bottom right corner of the ad, and it brought up a new window and started taking me to the site! I tried it again in horror, thinking I'd never be able to get rid of the ad. THEN I see at the top "Click Here to Close". AaGGGHHH!! They make escaping ads so difficult these days! Pop-up blockers seem to do nothing but block things you actually DO want to see (like pdf files).

What a day. Don't have time to share my full account of the show here right now, but after a massive transportation struggle I was able to arrive just in time for the show. All of the acts were excellent, and Hayley was far from an exception. She started off with Greener Lands - I was so excited and happy as I was really hoping to hear it live! She then sang Silent Night and Bridge Over Troubled Water. She also joined some other acts later in the show. Hayley sounded and looked amazing, but you probably guessed that already. Amazing show - I'm so lucky to be able to sit here and recount this experience! Will share more in the near future
