Well we knew there was one in the can. The only thing we didn't know was the broadcast date. Thanks Jillian.

Yes, remember that picture Hayley put on Twitter? Kind of blurry, but I remember it looked like she was wearing a white dress. I can't wait to hear what she sang! But, is this going to be on TV or radio? TV I hope!

Hello Libby! Songs of Praise is a TV programme, so I'm sure somebody will record it for HWI. Richard

If it is good enough for the Duchess of Cambridge, it is good enough for Hayley!

Ohhhhhhhh
I am hoping Hayley will sing Majesty, is there a more suitable one for Songs of Praise ?
I think if Majesty could just get a few airings on TV or radio it could be a huge hit. Such a fine song when Hayley does her magic on it.

If it is good enough for the Duchess of Cambridge, it is good enough for Hayley! Martin D Perhaps, but not good enough for me, sorry. It's not the most spectacular dress I've ever seen. It reminds me too much of a slip, or just a casual dress. It just doesn't seem like concert material to me, but I'd better stop with the fashion discussion before I get in trouble! But it is the dress she wore in this program, so technically, it does relate (somewhat).

Yes it relates, as we haven't seen the performance itself, and there's nothing else to talk about XD. Why must the DOC be superior to hayley in anyway...I don't get that comparison. And as Libby said, it isn't good enough for me either XD, hayley's having a new fashion adviser recently I'm guessing....

No, I think she usually does her wardrobe, as she said in a recent interview. I think she's just going for the summery dresses more lately.

Whispers in a Dream - I didn't expect that. She missed out most of the second verse though!
There was a cut after "The clouds part to let the light in" it then went on to "all around the air is still" (ie 3rd verse).
She wore the white Reiss - and as always on SOP was clearly miming. But the programmme was interesting - about Salisbury Cathedral and the village of Imber, that was evacuated in the second world war and used for military exercises.

Martin D Hi Martin & everybody else, I was watching too... WOW Hayley's rendition of 'Whispers in a Dream' was really beautiful wasn't it? Her facial expression conveyed peace and reflection as she sang too. I'm sure there must have been so many lovely comments about her within homes all over the UK!!! Andrew
