How could it be there, if the album's not even out? I searched for Paul Potts and Hayley Westenra, and all I found was them singing "Pomp and Circumstance" on Woburn something or other in 2007, here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9t05FpBq9gHi Libby, It looks like it's no longer available on Youtube! It was removed because of copyright issues. The album was already released In Australia and New Zealand. Paulo Correia

I'm also a fan of Paul Potts so this is a real treat to have Hayley on his album. He's doing a concert in the Waterfront Hall next January I got tickets.

The album was already released In Australia and New Zealand. Paulo Correia Hi Paulo and everyone, Passione by Paul Potts entered the NZ album chart three weeks ago at no. 1. No doubt helped by Hayley's involvement in the duet. In the two weeks since then it has been no. 3 then no. 2... and it is now a Gold disc. Cheers, Dave

Yes, it was on Borders number 1, and there was a mention of Hayley being involved with the album. Borders loves Hayley, woohoo!

I noticed that whatever organization handles the CD content database (Gracenote?) has misspelled Hayley's last name. Now it is all over the internet with the wrong spelling. I wondered why I could not find her duet with Paul Potts on iTunes, now I know. Anybody know if there is a way to get this corrected?

Hi Bill, Well, if we really are talking about Gracenote then, from what I have seen, they are spelling Hayley's last name correctly. I know nothing about them but I gather they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Corporation of America. That being so, I don't know why they are selling downloads of an artist who is with UCJ. Whatever, if necessary, Gracenote's contact details are here. Roger

Roger,
I sent an email to Gracenote write after posting the previous message. I received an email from them today that it had been corrected. Here is their reply:
"Thanks for writing. I researched into the misspelling of this artist’s name and I believe we have corrected it in our database. If you are seeing the information display on your computer and you are using iTunes as your player, please be sure to re-query to ensure you are seeing the most current information display. To do this place the CD back into your computer starting tomorrow, once it is displayed in iTunes click on Advanced and select Get CD Track Names. This forces your player to refresh its cache to display the most current information. Other players licensed to work with Gracenote update automatically. Our website search area is updated less frequently, so please continue to check back within the next week or two to see this change reflected. If you continue to see the misspelling appear please write me back with where exactly you are seeing this information including the type of player you are using if this is relevant. "
I hope that it is fixed.
Bill

Thanks to Grant for linking me to this thread! You're right, I got lost with all the sub-boards There's a small clip of the song on Amazon UK here. Sounds great, but then I expected nothing less with Paul & Hayley singing together (Amazon UK have spelled her name wrong in the song clip, too)

I have just listened to this duet and sorry to say but I think Hayley deserves better His E Lucevan Le Stelle is embarrassing - some of you will have heard Jonas Kaufmann at the Classical Brits and that is a voice! But hey a lot of people like him and he has sold a lot of albums and JK will not sell anything like that so there really is no justice in this world. I know Hayley uses duetting as a marketing tool but I think it is about time she decided on her duet partner and did a true duets album. I didn't like her with Vittorio on West Side Story, Lee Mead at the ALW Prom, and now Paul Potts but the performance at the Classical Brits and the Don Black party at the Palladium not to mention the Valenties Tour with Jonathan Ansell were just superb. He is going to be with her in NZ so those of you down there will have your chance to see what you think. I may be a tad biased but I really like these 2 voices together, I think they are truly special and would make a plea to Hayley and Bedlam go for it
