Hayley, I'm sorry that you have not yet recovered. However, NZ should be just the trick. Get well soon! I will be certain to pray for your recovery!

Hello everyone
This is complete supposition but, on the basis that the decision for Hayley to fly home was made late on Friday, the likelihood of getting her on Saturday's flight would seem remote.
Today's then would seem the earliest possible flight for Hayley to take. If that is the case, departure time is 15.00 hours and it usually takes upwards of 15 minutes for an aircraft at Heathrow to get clearance for takeoff.
On that basis, Hayley should just about be airborne and should pass over my house in about five minutes!
Have a safe flight Hayley. My love and prayers fly with you.
Best wishes Grant

Hi Martin,
It would seem to me that "Now is the Hour" would be a very appropriate song for Hayley right now!
Hi Grant,
I wouln't have thought a flight to the Antipodes would go anywhere near Spondon! My flight to Sydney didn't. But I hope she s goiing via Singapore or Dubai or Hong Kong. Bankok is not a good idea at the moment.

So sorry to hear that you are still ill. Take care of yourself and don't come back too soon. I'm sure some of your Mother's TLC will do wonders. Bill

Hi Martin,Grant and everyone, for a direct flight to Christchurch, without having to go through Auckland. Singapore Airlines would probably be her best bet. I think it has a brief stopover ( aircraft change ) in Singapore ( about an hour or so ) and the next stop is Christchurch arriving I think is around 0930 hrs or thereabouts. The last time I flew with Singapore was my last trip to the UK back in July 1982,but we were staying in Singapore for a couple of nights before continuing on our journey home to NZ.
cheers,
Rodders.

I thought Hayley always flew Air New Zealand, hence my comment. I believe Sunday's flight still routes via Singapore though it goes to Auckland, necessitating a change for a domestic flight down to Christchurch. That is certainly how she went home in 2006 as we talked about it after her Beverley Minster concert in 2006. Best wishes Grant

IMPORTANT
Will everyone please refrain from speculating the date and time, the airline, the flight and the route that Hayley may be taking. In the unlikely event that any of it is correct, it could be a security risk. Please remember, this is a public forum and any privileged information, whether true or speculative must NOT be discussed.
The truth is, we don't know any details.
Thanks, Roger

Well I am glad Hayley has gone home as it has been -2.5 Degrees C where I live for most of the weekend so I suspect that London will have had a similar temp.
I understand Roger's post completely, I'm sure that nobody here would wish Hayley any harm, but I'm sure that there will somebody and the fact that Hayley has not been too good would make Hayley more vulnerable at the current time. so it would be a bad time for any breach of her personal security (not that any time is a good time) for which need to know information is vital.
Cheers Dean

When I heard from Kathryn that Hayley would be going home, I responded by saying that she must not feel bad about the cancellation of a few concerts because her health is far more important. It was sent on behalf of everyone at HWI and concluded thus:
Here is the reply:
I can also confirm that a similar message to Gerald, also on behalf of everyone, has been forwarded to Hayley. I don't know if she is able to look at the forum at the moment but you can all be assured that she knows we are thinking of her and wishing her well.

Thank you Roger for your kind words on our behalf... Thanks must also be given to Bedlam for keeping HWI updated when they have no obligation to do so. Last but not Least to Hayley: Thank you for taking the Doctors advice as taking the break you clearly need. We will still be here next year and that is not too long off anyway. You need to to spend sometime for yourself. But I wonder how many of us will burst into song at the concerts in Feb next year? (I don't sing, but you never know ) Dean

Hi Roger Thank you very much for passing on our love and best wishes to Hayley via Kathryn and for relaying the response. I had wondered whether or not Hayley might be looking in to see how we are reacting to her current situation and had concluded, putting myself in her situation, that she probably wouldn't, but who knows. Clearly though, somebody has in order to be able to refer to "amazing support". Personally, I would expect nothing less from this forum and the love, prayers and caring comments flowing through it at the moment are proof of our deep affection for Hayley, her family and her management team at Bedlam. I just wish this feeling of emptiness would go away. Best wishes Grant

I just wish this feeling of emptiness would go away. Well Grant, Maybe you should try listening to your one of Hayley's CD or the Live from NZ DVD to remind you of previous concerts (I know it wouldn't replace seeing Hayley Live with that adorable smile). I know what you mean, but it's only 2 months before Hayley will be back, Smiling widely I'm sure. Hayley treats her fans more like friends Dean
