Choral & Orchestral Tribute to Pink Floyd

Hi All,

Here's something a little different - some of you may even enjoy this as much as I do!

A group of French musicians (including a choral and a brass orchestra) perform a stunning rendition of Pink Floyd's 'Atom Heart Mother' together live in Paris. This performance was recorded on 3rd March, 2003. Three contemporary dancers also feature in the performance. You can view the excellent video here

The lead guitarist in this performance also incorporates a rendition of the guitar solo from Pink Floyd's 'Time' (Dark Side of The Moon) into the standard 'Atom Heart Mother' guitar solo!
This makes quite an interesting arrangement!

I love the rich brass "fanfare" sound in this piece and the variety of moods which are portrayed throughout. It's definitely theatrical! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

The cello solo was quite something else too wasn't it?
