Hi Peter, Richard and Roger, How amazing that you all end up in adjacent seats after booking individually. Steve and I booked last night - within 10 minutes of seeing Kiwifan's post and we got seats AA8 and AA9 in the middle of the front row. It's always a slight risk going front row as it depends on how high the stage is but we're hoping to get some good pictures from there. I am hoping the ushers stand nearer the back because you certainly stand out at the front. Sounds like its going to be a classic HWI gathering this one! See you all there. Stuart

Stuart Regarding stage height I can reassure you. I had the option of the 2nd row and was told it wasn't too high but they did not know at the box office the likely stage arrangement and so if Hayley were to the side (bearing in mind a conductor) then she might be the wrong side This happened to me in Liverpool where the podium bar was in the way of her face a lot of the time and I was four or more rows back but to the opposite side!. This may be billed as "Hayley and friends" but pop star Daniel Bedingfield will sell the most tickets. This is his mum's charity so you know he'll go all out to bring in the hordes.
The other singer involved, Juliette Pochin, is quite a talent too. Just look at her cv. If we're lucky they'll find a way to televise this event at a later date.

Hi guys, Good news, bad news. The good news for Steve H is: I didn't end up with a seat next to yours in the front row mainly because I didn't like the front row at St. Johns Smith Square (but it may be better at Cadogan). Unfortunately that meant going 7 rows further back - but at least it's near the middle. The bad news for Roger: I ended up in D13, so you're next to the riff-raff! Incidentally, am I right in thinking Daniel Bedingfield is the most famous and richest singer Hayley's ever had as a "guest" at her shows? He may be a pop singer but he's had a 5 times platinum album, is listed at no. 91 in the new UK Rich List for young people and is estimated to be worth £5 million. I don't know much about Hayley's guest 'Tenors Unlimited' but from what I've read about her final guest Juliette Pochin, she is not only interesting but extremely versatile too. She produced one of Katherine's albums and in fact, she performed, arranged, composed and produced her own debut solo album "Venezia" that is about to be released. From her clips at www.juliettepochin.com she sounds very nice (if you like opera singers). I definitely prefer Hayley's "River of Dreams" though (listen to Juliette's website clips). Cheers, Dave PS Steve M, great minds think alike! I wrote the above while you were posting yours and I'm not re-writing it

Hi Dave, Richard, Roger, Peter Stuart, Steve, and uncle tom Cobley and all! Dave, I only picked the front row because I am fed up sitting behind you and never in front of you! Roger I think we should ask for bulk discounts if this is going to be the norm! by the way did Hayley mention this event to you in Birmingham or has it just been arranged Steve, I see what you are saying about Daniel Beddingfield being popular, but his supporters will have to get their skates on if they are going beat the HWIF mob to the best seats in town! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifPeter, look forward to seeing you again at Cadogan Hall, and two days later at Wisley, perhaps we could try and get an HWIF patch at Wisley and all sit together, mind you Richard will be at Cadogan Hall by 9.30 AM and probably go STRAIGHT to Wisley from there Who else will join us! Best Wishes to all, Steve H

Hello Steve and everybody! It's amazing how so many of us will be sitting together after booking individually, but perhaps we all booked at about the same time. I was at the box office when it opened at 10am yesterday morning. That's one big advantage of using an Internet Café in the West End, because I can get to any of the venues in Central London within a few minutes, then report back on the Forum a few minutes later! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifHere is a link to Tenors Unlimited's web site: www.tenorsunlimited.com/I shall probably be at Cadogan Hall by late afternoon, and I'll be looking out for all of you. This is going to be a fabulous night, and I'm looking forward to finding out more about Global Angels. See you there, Richard

STOP PRESS!
It looks like Daniel beddingfild might be out and Fiona Pears is in!
This is the latest list from the web site: www.cadoganhall.com/showpage.php?pid=176 there is no mention of Daniel at all now.
Hayley Westenra Fiona Pears violin Juliette Pochin Tenors Un Limited
I have checked Daniels official site but it still says:-
Personally I think I would prefer Fiona Pears, but there is still time for it to change again!I will keep an eye on this one!
Cheers
Steve H

Hi Steve, If that is correct, I am even more pleased that I booked it when I did. With all due respect to Daniel, it would be great to see Fiona again. Roger

This could be quite a reunion if she/they have the time and the facilities after the show: Hayley, Fiona, and presumably Steve? Does it mean Hayley will have Ian as pianist? Does this mean the trio: Hayley, Fiona, Ian will be touring with her, at least for Huddersfield if not for Wales? This is really exciting. Peter

Hi Peter,
I had the same thought as you concerning Ian. Of course, he is not only Hayley's regular pianist but also her musical director. It doesn't necessarily guarantee his presence but, like you, I hope so.

Hello Steve, Roger and Peter! It will be great to see Fiona again, and hopefully Ian too. I like an element of surprise, but whatever happens, all will be revealed in... 24 days time! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifSee you there, Richard

I had thought that when Ian wasn't touring with her as by implication of no news of him he had not been on the Il Divo tour she was using someone else or doing without, in the same way she uses other instrumentalists when in the States. I hadn't realised she still used him when he wasn't playing for her but certainly that he was her musical director when he did. Peter
