Hi Raymond, It is broadcast on GMR (Greater Manchester Radio) and, as far as I can tell, they do not have an online system to listen to it. So, that isn't possible. Sorry, Keith.

YES YOU CAN! Go to www.bbc.co.uk/england/gmr/listen_live.shtmlAnd click on "Listen Live", which can be found in the top right hand corner of the page. So, anyone not going to this event can listen to the Manchester concert on your computer. Dave, hope you have this marked. Cheers, Keith.

This is new... it was NOT available two weeks ago when I last checked!!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Reasonable bitrate too, 44 kbps. Trouble is, I'll have to find a way to record it on a separate computer as my main one will be tied up recording BBC TV interactive, and I don't know if they will archive it. Is anyone else going to record this, as backup? Oh well, I'd better dig out that old PC and network it, quick!!! But not until after the twins' birthday tomorrow...

The latest weather forecast for Saturday is for a dry day, with sunny periods. Maximum temperature 18 deg. C Now, that is much better. Keith.

Hi Guys,
Keith, where are you all meeting up??
Heaton Park looks like it has about 3 different entrances. 2 for car parks.

Hi Emmett, There are 3 or 4 car parks at Heaton Park. if you can find the North car park (it's accessed from St Margarets Road), that one is the closest to the actual concert venue - about 150 metres. Somewhere around that area, there should be a main entrance to the concert arena. basically, promenade between the entrances and we will be there somewhere. Thats' the best I can say, never having been there before. Here's the map for anyone who needs it: Cheers, Keith.

I just checked the map and found it, yeah its not too far from Heaton Park Metro Station.
See you then,
Emmett

Hayley will be interviewed in a few minutes time on BBC North West Tonight (before 7pm) I am recording it ... Here is the interview in my personal webspace (it's not going to be there permanently!) for HWI, and anyone else for personal use. It's just a short one and Hayley was still in London this evening (2m.31s, 5.6MB including intro) but she certainly looks happy and is looking forward to the concert. As you can see in the screen shot below, her hair is... brown! You can play "spot the deliberate mistakes"... one by the programme maker and the other by Hayley (she realised!) i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

I have downloaded the video - I'll just await and see if it gets added to the HWI.com side . As to the errors - Hayley's slip of the tongue was obvious - but the other one? Well, I have watched the video once, but I haven't spotted it as yet .... Cheers, Gerrit
