I do not know who Yulia is so I don't know if she is "hot" or not. However, as already mentioned in this thread, "hot" is relative.

I could not locate the voting link on the right-side column, but I didn't look very long. I didn't think that it was worth the time. I wonder how old the author of the poll is. Perhaps still being bottle-fed? Perhaps a desperate journalist?

These polls are invariably ridiculous, counting as they do on the skewed responses of their particular readership in order to declare a winner. It’s sheer diversion and about as reliable as a truck stop survey.

However, there is an undercurrent to this thread that I must admit baffles me. I understand that the forum has certain guidelines about Hayley’s personal life which I agree should be respected. But she is in the entertainment business and to pretend that her appearance - sexiness, hotness, whatever you want to call it – has no role in her success is folly. As Jon pointed out, if she looked other than she does all bets would be off. An unattractive female in the music industry has a mountain to climb.

More important, I personally believe that the angelification of Hayley is unfair to Hayley. She can’t possibly live up to it. She may sing like an angel but she shouldn’t be expected to live like one. 99% of the posts in this forum are appropriately in praise of her vast vocal and performing talents. She also happens to be a beautiful woman. Some may call her hot or sexy. It shouldn’t be a sin to occasionally notice.

Nah, Hayley is not hot. She's cool! I know nothing about this Yulia person, so can't possibly comment.

But more seriously, Hayley I'm sure, wants to be respected for her music, not her sexuality. Most of us here I believe are fans of Hayley because of her musical talent. There are any number of sexy women about, but not many can sing like Hayley. There are many artists about who are sexy, who use their sexuality to promote themselves, but can't sing too well, They make records and many, regrettably, outsell Hayley. As a music lover, I hate that, but who am I to dictate the tastes of others? I am likely to unfairly dismiss the musical talents of "sexy" singers simply because of the way they sell themselves.

By the way, don't get confused between sexiness, prettiness and beauty. They are completely different things.
