Hi Graham,
I think that is one of several promo videos for Pure. That means it would have been shot in the third quarter of 2003 or thereabouts. I am sure the location is the one we see in the video of Pokarkare Ana in which she runs through the arch-shaped cove on the beech. I can never remember its name. Belinda, help!
Grant, I believe that is the coat she was wearing when I first met her in December 2003. Unfortunately, it was in London and not on the magnificent beeches of New Zealand!
