Those pictures were taken during the 'Fashion Is Art' VIP Launch at Carbon on July 11, 2007 in London, England.

Roger Hi Roger I guess that as it's a "fashion Is Art" thing and that dress of Hayley's is all of that, that it was made especially for the event. Wonder if she'll wear it on stage!
