At this point I no longer have any control over the list. Any changes/critiques/complaints should be directed to an admin.

I'm sure my post has been seen by them already. However, I'm still very curious as to what the Quiet Money Mix is. Have I ever heard it before? What country(ies) was it released in? And what exactly is "quiet money", and what does it have to do with anything? LOL

Libby, I think the WYNK Quiet Money Mix is from a planned maxi-single release (never happened, I think) and the promo single sampler in the UK, it was also apparently on some non-US versions of Odyssey I believe. Here's the thread about it: hwi.proboards.com/thread/3111/never-new-version-single?page=4 (especially the last 2 pages). Sunrise Mix 3m 45s, Quiet Money Mix 2m 28s, both on the UK promo single sampler. WYNK on the UK Odyssey (original release) is 3m:41s and is different from both the others, sung much slower. I can't find my copy of UK Odyssey 2nd release. There are greater experts about this than me, in here! Taylor, I'll pm you about the mechanics of maintaining your list (the whos and hows!). Cheers, Dave

The "Quiet Money" mix of WYNK was, as Dave said, planned to be on the cancelled WYNK single, and is on all the promos. Quiet Money is the name of the production company run by James McMillan, who specializes in Jazz, R&B/Soul, and Classical music. He has also done several remixes, including the Quiet Money Mix of WYNK. You can read more if you wish HERE. While the Quiet Money mix never made it onto any version of Odyssey (that I'm aware of), the Sunrise Mix (also included on the WYNK single) did make it onto the U.S. Version of Odyssey. Every other version of Odyssey that I'm aware of contains the original, slower version. -Taylor

I didn't actually mean you shouldn't list the different versions of the songs at all. What I meant was (and should have said, of course), if there are multiple versions of one song, don't put in the title 5 times, or however many there are. Instead, list the h song once, and then right next to/beneath that, then list all the versions of that song. I'll give you an example: Odyssey 1. What You Never Know (Won't Hurt You) a. Sunrise Mix (US version) b. Quiet... MONEY?? Mix What? etc. Taylor, I also want to point out that the Version 1 and 2 stuff isn't very specific. Sunrise mix, even, unless you're a Hayley expert, also doesn't tell anybody what version of the album it's on. As for myself, I'm at a complete loss as to what the Quiet Money mix of WYNK is, and I have no idea what version of the album it's on. So I definitely think the version of the album it's on should be included, as well. Anyway, my point is to list each individual song once, but yes, of course list all the different versions of that one song. And, when you do so, try to be a little more specific, otherwise it's not very helpful. The Quiet Money mix was, I believe, on the Japanese version of Odyssey. It's slightly slower and more acoustic and less pop-ish sounding. Now that I think of it, I'm not sure about the Quiet Money mix. Does anyone know where I can hear it? I couldn't find it on YouTube.

The original mix is on the Japanese edition; It is slower and longer than the Quiet Money mix, which is 2:30 long. If I have time I'll see if I can upload something somewhere for you to sample.

This may have escaped notice, but Hayley has a singing credit in the animated movie "Lilo and Stitch 2" in which she sang a few bars of "Always" — and very beautifully at that. If any of you have seen the entire movie it was unmistakably her sweet vocal energy that "revived" the main character.

Ah! It wasn't. Thanks for pointng that out Joyce. I'll make sure to get that in the next revision. I'm not really sure what to do with "Always". The track itself was never released, but it is included in the background music of the DVD. So I'm not really sure what to do with it. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hey guys! Why isn't “ Shirobara - White Rose” there in the list? It's recorded on 2007 and it's my favorite!

If anyone wants to experience a rare gem appearance by Hayley's magical voice in the context of this cartoon movie then they should know they can if they're willing to search for it. That's all. Brief as it was, the song came at the most important point in the whole movie — the emotional climax. It became an essential element in the narrative far more than serving as background music and I do believe Hayley's unique voice was chosen very specifically to deliver the full message of the song.
