Nice one Ross, yes there was a lot of "Hayley squeezing" to show Christchurch rebuilding images, it will be good to see your video from the crowd, as well!

Oddly, I can see everything else on the Star Sports website just not the Opening Ceremony live so I watched Hayley on Jim's link. Star Sports nobbled it (apart from for Simba

Not a great print, but seems like the official Youtube account for this world cup, and the only video they've got uploaded so far (5 mins ago) is Hayley's performance, and it already went up to the 301+ view count, which means there's an overload of views (which is why it freezes at that mark, like always).

Fake account, Simba! Looks like someone videod one of the giant screens in the park on their phone, and uploaded it direct to Youtube. Or maybe got it from some low Q internet stream and chopped all the outsides off! We'll see better than that as the day wears on (or tomorrow) !

The starsports link still seems to be geo-blocked outside India, at least in the UK anyway.

Keep 'em coming guys. I managed to stream some of it (between the annoying adverts) at t.co/zBgxTW1ldm but had to go out before Hayley appeared. Saw a bit of Sol3Mio. Can also get to it via worldcup2015.website/cricket-default/ if you want to watch the actual cricket!

Here is my video of Hayley singing You Raise Me Up at the Opening Ceremony of the Cricket World Cup 2015 at Hagley Park Christchurch.
Sorry the video is a bit jerky as I had a lot of zoom on it. Although I was near the front of the stage Hayley was still about 100m away at the back of the stage. The audio was excellent though.

Many thanks Ross, great work there! I am sure you enjoyed even better seeing it it live!

After my disappointment during the live broadcast earlier, which was geo-blocked, Star Sports have now posted it as a replay on their site and finally, I can see it unblocked, in HD 720p, and record it. Had to record audio and video separately so as soon as I've stitched them together and synchronised them, I will upload the result.
