I emailed them about the spelling error and it was fixed fairly quickly. I doubt that I was the only one to notify them. I have emailed about the incorrect link. BillR

Excited to read that Hayley will be back in the US! I am planning on attending both shows.
I am flying in from Boston to Milwaukee (so I can fly direct) Thursday morning and flying back early Saturday afternoon. Hopefully the weather cooperates. I am used to driving in snow, so only a cancelled flight would keep me from coming.
Really excited to see Hayley and the other forum members that will be attending.

Katie, that's great! How are you getting from Milwaukee to Madison? Car rental?

Talked with my parents again tonight. They said that, even if money wasn't an issue, they wouldn't let me to go, basically because it's "too far" for them. Well, there goes that dream.

Hi, Have made an attempt to see just where the HWI attendance stands for Madison. At the moment it looks like 4 positive and 6 questionable. In doing so, I have noted a certain key HWI traveler to her concerts to be missing. Hope that all is well with him and that he will be able to make it. BobS

Bob, do you mean Tim J? I can't think of anyone else, besides Larry, of course. I was able to switch my time-off requests today, so now I just have to wait to see if I get it approved!

Hi Libby, You've got it! In a recent post of his, it looked like he was itching to get a concert of Hayley's. Hope you get a quick answer "yes" so that you can begin to move forward with all the planning. BobS

Yes, me too. I was told that the person who approves/rejects the requests is supposed to go through a list of them soon, and was left a note that I was switching my requests, since she probably still received a notice of my original request, and just hasn't gotten to it yet. She often does this when she posts the schedules, and that should be Wednesday. I'm hoping to know by then, but I'll just have to be patient if not. I've had a thought about the whole general admission thing. That might not be so bad; that means if we all met together early enough, we could all sit together!! Instead of being scattered around, it would actually make it easier to sit together. But get there plenty early for a better chance of getting seats close to Hayley. It wouldn't be half as worth going if I ended up in the back.

Hi Libby, That is a good idea about all getting together. That should be fairly easy to line up once things start to fall into place for everyone. What I am fearful of is just how accommodating that venue is going to be for a meet and greet. Whether it is going to be a place that will just shoo everyone out as fast as they can after the performance. The fact that the place is in need of renovations and has changed hands several times in the near past leads me to wonder. That would be a real let down. BobS

Hi Bob and everyone,
As an experienced Hayley concertgoer, I can tell you you don't need to meet Hayley on the premises, or need a meet and greet. If there is one, great, but if not it isn't the end of the world. I have often waited outside the stage door, sometimes for hours, until Hayley comes out. She will always stop to say hello, even if she is in a hurry. I would expect in this case Hayley will be staying somewhere locally, and I would not expect her to have any time pressure. Especially not on the first of the two nights, so if you are keen to meet Hayley that might be the best one to go for, since she won't need to be up early the next day to catch a flight or anything.

Martin D Hi MartinD, That is a good point. Seeing so many good pictures of HWI members standing with Hayley after her shows makes it appear to a non-goer that it is an integral part of a concert. Plus, like the pictures of her getting up to hug the blind, to pat a seeing-eye dog, to meet the crippled, etc. BobS
