And going by another person's tweet Hayley met the fans after the show so hopefully Libby got to see Hayley. Yes, Libby finally met Hayley! But I'll let Libby tell you all about it since it's her story.  Here's a few tidbits while I'm trying to go to sleep here. Hayley stayed till the last person to sign and speak to them afterwards. I was surprised and super happy when she made the announcement after her last encore number. I was wondering how and if she would do a signing up until that point. She was very sweet and super generous when I met her tonight. I didn't think it possible (and I will give you a more detail report), but Hayley signed ALL my CD booklets. I had them all in a zip lock baggie with the idea she would sign a couple tonight and a couple tomorrow night. But I didn't separate them before I got to the table, so I just handed them all to Hayley and explained to her I will be back tomorrow. She said she would sign all of them tonight just in case we can't get to them tomorrow. She was impressed when she saw all her records booklets there. Then I got "Thank you". I will take a picture of them and show ya guys. The concert was wonderful! Sung several songs out of the park in my opinion. Now I understand why you guys say she is better live than her records. It was a long set list too! The concert lasted till about 10:00pm with a 20 minute intermission. I won't give the surprises away for those coming tomorrow. We had eight for dinner before the show. Libby, Pete, Bill & Susan, Nhat, myself, and two new or fairly new people - Ann and her daughter Moya (sp?). Bill and Susan were the keeper of the group pictures. Oooo...which reminds me, we got a group photo with Hayley! A few of us got the advertisement posters this evening after we asked after them as we waited for Bill to bring the car around. Only bad news, I didn't take any pictures during the concert. I was too busy enjoying Hayley. Also they were strict on photography in the table section, so the gang there didn't get any either. Anyways, a great and memorable concert!!! Can't wait to do it again tomorrow night!  Alicia |

Thanks for the comments and reports guys. Don't worry about the lack of photos, it is more important to enjoy the concert when they come along so rarely. I'm just happy to know you all had a good time and got to meet Hayley. I guess you first timers now know what we mean by "hayleywowed".

To all the Hayliens wanting to meet for dinner tonight: I would prefer the Old Fashioned Pub, 23 N Pinckney street. It has hundreds of positive reviews, is only two blocks from the theater (and so we'd only need to park once), and a friend who is a Hayley fan but not on the forum is already planning to meet us there. If you're not set on the Great Dane it would be great if your could meet us there at 5 p.m.

I hear from my spies that Libby had a good time, met up with Hayley and had her photo taken with her (several times). I'm really happy to hear that. Also, the show was wonderful, as we expect with Hayley. Can't wait to hear what Libby and the others have to say about it. They may have had a few more songs than we had at Crok by the sound of it...
