I wonder if these photos might also pop up in a UK magazine such as Hello or OK? I think the same thing happened with the engagement announcement. Cheers, Jillian I hope so Jillian, my sister said she would keep an eye out for any photos, she reads more Hello/ OK mags than I do Sing

Thank you Ross!!
Beautiful pictures, but they only capture a small bit of how magical that day must have been. Simple beautiful dress.

I think the article is missing the following details: 1. Who designed the pretty bridesmaid dresses? 2. The second best man wasn't given a last name -- he looks a bit like Arnaud, so I wonder if he is family? 3. The second flower girl doesn't get a name either. 4. It would be nice to know what flowers are in Hayley's and the bridesmaid's bouquets and what florist did them. I think they look like roses? (Not really an expert on this!) 5. It would be nice to know who made the wedding cake - I wonder which family member did that -- it's a pretty impressive effort!. I would be far too terrified to make a wedding cake for someone! (Though one of my friend's brother actually made her wedding dress for her!!)I'm also curious as to what the grooms cake is - looks like profiteroles? By the way, doesn't Sophie look tall in all of these photos! She must be a good 10cm or more taller than Hayley. Cheers

I would guess the same designer as her wedding dress... don't wedding dress designers make bridesmaid dresses too? It would make sense to me, anyway. And I agree, the dresses are very pretty and adorable too. No ugly bridesmaid dresses here! Thankfully Hayley has marvellous taste in fashion! 2. Who's the 2nd best man? The only other males besides the best man, named as "Matthieu", are Gerald, Isaac, and his sister's partner, Matteo Lauriano. They never said he was a best man, and I don't think Isaac was one either. I think Isaac must be the one you mean, and now he is Arnaud's family. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif3. Both flower girls are named: Isabella Heap and Ella Ward Smythe. 4. Again, the article did list the flowers. You're definitely right about the roses, and they also listed peonies, freesias, and fairy lights. I tried to look up the fairy lights, and all I came up with were string lights that are shaped like little flowers. No real flower names that could help me figure out what they are.

Clearly I need to read the article more closely! Whatever 'fairy lights' are, they sound very pretty. 1. And I agree, the dresses are very pretty and adorable too. No ugly bridesmaid dresses here! Thankfully Hayley has marvellous taste in fashion! I know that a lot of people just get their bridesmaid dresses 'off the rack' from regular stores because it's often cheaper and easier (particularly if you're going to have shorter dresses). But I think that those bridesmaid dresses look like they might have been made especially for the wedding. Cheers, Jillian

Hello Libby and Jillian! I think you've both misunderstood the article slightly. It actually says, "As the rain beats down even harder, the guests take cover in a reception marquee festooned with white roses, peonies, sweet-smelling freesias and fairy lights." I believe the fairy lights are on the little trees in the middle picture on the left in this scan: Richard

I believe the fairy lights are on the little trees in the middle picture on the left in this scan: Richard Hi Richard, Jillian and Libby, Yes, the small trees inside the marquee do seem to have little lights on them, though it's hard to tell for certain because professional photographers all too-often (in my opinion) use their big lenses to force the background out of focus, as here. They don't seem to realise that sometimes, the rest of us want to see what's going on in the background, like now! I'd imagine that they strung fairy lights up above everyone in places, too... perhaps not as many as here thought! Cheers, Dave

Thanks for finding that, Jillian! I see Victor's Facebook page says there are photos coming soon, so we must look out for them. Richard

My copy of Women's Day has arrived today, thanks to a friend in NZ. There is nothing like having the real thing in your hands. Brings the wedding to life. Something else to add to my "Hayley Box" that I will treasure forever.

Okay, so where do we go to find the previous issues, like Dave said? Or is it too soon for that?

Thanks Ross, The quality of the scans are first class, I could not help a little tear of joy in my eye as I read through the article. Hayley looked absolutely beautiful, I hope they both have a long and happy marriage together. Congratulations Hayley and Arnaud! Steve
