Hayley features in Japan TV Ad for Boysen Berry!

Hello everyone,

Here is some exciting news courtesy of Toppo in Katherine's official forum and with help from Cliff in getting the video files, thanks guys!

Hayley is featuring in three TV ads by BOURBON's (a Japan sweets company) and you can see them on the original web pages here:

The ads are for the Boysen Berry, a NZ fruit often sold with Kiwi fruit (NZ members, tell me more please!), so you can see why Hayley was chosen for the ad. I don't know what happened to Ad 3, LOL.

I think you're right Comet- I think Boysen Berry is mentioned in a simon and garfunkle song- I haven't heard it in a while, but I think it's in their song called "Punky's Dilemma"

One of the places I visited in California during my round the world trip in 1990 was Knott's Berry Farm at Beuena Vista.

Their claim to fame was that they invented the Boysen Berry, it being a cross fertilisation of, I believe a blackberry and a blueberry (those I'm not certain I've picked the right two and my holiday diary doesn't mention any more details!)

According to Encarta the boysenberry (spelled as one word in the States) is a hybrid of loganberry, blackberry, and raspberry.
