Hi
Would someone let me know what currency CDJapan charges. Can you be charged in £'s? The problem is that my main credit card has a foreign transaction fee of 2%. I have now obtained a second one one that does not charge a fee.

Hi all, Well, I've just managed to create myself a Japanese Itunes account and I've purchased a Japan Itunes giftcard. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif So I think I've found my solution to getting Bridge Over Troubled Water.  I'll see how it goes and let you know. There's a lot of information on the internet about how to do this, as many people want to purchase music, games and videos from Itunes Japan. Cheers, Jillian I have to go to bed now, but I'll fully explain how I did it tomorrow. So pleased to have found a legal way to purchase downloads of Hayley's Japanese material. Thanks Tony Hi Tony, My invoices from cd.japan are always in Yen anywhere between 1300 Yen to 2500 Yen for the average cd or SCHM cd and video combinations like Hayley Sings Japanese Songs. I normally use PayPal which you can set up if you have a credit card. PayPal protects the buyer, so the seller can not access any more $ € from your account. This means the seller does NOT have access to your credit card details. I have never had a problem with cd.Japan but there are some merchants on E Bay that I would not like to give my credit card details to, If ya know what I mean. |

I've heard nothing yet from CD Japan since the order confirmation. Time to visit their website I think. And yes, if she sings BOTW the was she has dome in concert, this will be my favourite track on the album by a mile. Her live performances of this a thrilling and I love it when she sings with power. Ah, CD Japan website says my order is shipped. They usually email me when that happens! They don't say when it was shipped though. I hope it hasn't gone astray. I received mine today. The lyrics don't show any of the Welsh lyrics in All Through the Night, so I was a little confused about it, but I definitely heard the Welsh when I played the song! Thanks Tony Whenever I visit the site and view a product, it shows me the price in yen, but below that is a list with an arrow, and you can select your currency, and it will show the conversion right below the yen price. I have it set on USD, of course, and so everytime I view an item there, I always see the USD conversion, too. The numbers always seem to be almost exactly the same as the yen. If it says over 2,000 yen, it's always over $20.00. My order total was over $34. However, when your card is finally charged, the amount always seems to be higher than the order total they show you when you first order. The first time I ordered from them and this happened, I e-mailed them about it, and they said it had to do with the currency rates; apparently they change slightly every day, and so I always end up with a charge higher than originally thought on my credit card. But it's only a tiny bit. |
