I've been looking through all the magazines Hayley was suppose to do interviews for: Woman's Weekly, Metro, Listener, etc, and ther's nothing on Hayley! And these are the new issues, so that's very wierd. Any ideas why they haven't been appearing??? Dori

Hi Dori, Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. In the past, I have known singers (not necessarily Hayley) give interviews to magazines but they haven't appeared until several issues later. That may be the reason but it is only a guess. Other than that..... Roger

When everyone is Hayley wowed. where's the unique placing of your mag? So hold over and pace your exposé during one of two periods: - not much news generally
- your sales have dipped and you need a boost, use Hayley!

Hi Dori ,
with Metro and North and South Mags they are monthly ones and they probably had the May issue already sorted. So I expect it will be June issues for those. They sometimes are out half way through a month. Might be a good idea to ask when june ones are available.
Keep an eye out for the Tearaway amd Jet Mags they are the free ones.Sometimes found at the fast food places BK and libraries, schools. I think its a good idea to not have them out straight after Hayley was here, her Promo will have helped with Sales of Treasure , And then people get another reminder to buy Treasure when they read all about hayley in the magsa few weeks later..

Dori I've just seen that the May 14, 2007 issue of New Zealand Woman's Weekly has four pages devoted to Hayley with five photos and a small picture of her and her mother on the cover. It also mentions that Hayley is now dating. Has anyone else heard this?

Hi Chris, Good eyes!! I'm guessing this one will be released shortly in NZ. I am looking forward to reading this article (if not this one exactly, possibly a summary from one of our illustrious members), complete with scans and such. As far as if she is dating, it is posted somewhere on this forum that she has gone on "first dates" a time or two, but hasn't had time to have any lasting relationship because of her extensive travels. However, if she is dating a little more seriously than that, then I say, "Go Hayley...but, now, remember our checklist to qualify him as a perfect companion?" I guess we shall have to wait 'til the article is published and see what the reporter has found out that our ingenious bunch of folks here at HWI have not. Whatever the case, Hayley, best of luck to you! Cheers, Eric

Cheers, Eric One of the things we have got to watch, of course, is that we don't do a 'Princess Di' on the poor fellow and make him feel he is immediately the subject of intense ogling and watching. We mustn't put at risk any relationship for her by scaring him off. He could be an ordinary guy just like one of us, unused to public attention and not wanting it. Happy to get to know her but wanting to keep very much backstage. Peter S.

I don't understand why its such a big deal for everyone to know Hayley is dating. It's her personal life and no one should know about it, in my opinion. Don't you think? Then again, that's how the media sells... Dori

I knew Hayley had some special powers but to buy a flat in London while you're touring New Zealand has got to be a first Best wishes Grant Yes indeed Grant, that is a good example of why we should take everything we read in the media with a pinch of salt. Hayley has said in nearly every interview since February that she pulled out of her proposed flat purchase in London and would have to look for another. Much of the media simply do not pay attention to what is said, or they read more into it than is intended, or sometimes they simply make mischief. If they cannot even get the flat thing right, what hope do we have that their other comments about Hayley's private life are correct? The only certain thing is that they are either right... or wrong! And yes Dori, it's her own business anyway. Cheers, Dave
