Don't worry! I had the exact same problem when I first joined the forum last year. You're not alone.  And it took me AGES to memorize how to do all the little tricks you can do on the forum, like how to italicise, bold, underline or add colour to a word. But my favorite would probably be making words I think it's those little things that keep the forum fun.  And smiley faces, of course. Hello Tony!  Just put the text between Marquee tags, seventh from the left in the top row, like this: I used special tags to show and deactivate the Marquee tags there, but this would be the normal result: You can combine tags and make images move too: Don't look at this post for too long or you might become hypnotised! Jenny♥  You wouldn't believe the various things I have tried to use the Marquee Button for  I just never guessed it was for this Marquee and move are commands or functions in other graphics programmes with completely different meanings. Well I learn something new, [glow=red,2,300]most days [/glow] [glow=red,2,300]so much for the GLOW button[/glow] and the [shadow=red,left,300]shadow button[/shadow]  at least there are still bats in the belfry |

Hello folks! There are quite a few differences between Internet Explorer and Firefox, which are the only browsers I ever use. So now we know, Hank Marvin is radioactive, but not in Firefox! Richard  |
