Hi all, Just a remarkable find for those of us who listen to internet radio. This channel features Hayley's music very frequently; in fact, four of the last ten songs were hers. www.sky.fm/romanticaThe music channel is also on the Tune In Radio app for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch. Happy listening, Joe Hi Joe, Thanks for bringing this channel/station to our attention, it seems to work by enlisting volunteers to upload music, which is (if it meets their standards) then played on an appropriate channel. There are many channels and the Romantica channel appears to have a Hayley fan supporting it!  It could be someone at the station itself but more likely, I think it's an external supporter. As other music by other artists is added to the channel, I suspect that the proportion played of Hayley music will fall, but hopefully not too low! It will be nice while it lasts though, it's almost like a Hayley channel at present! I wondered about the copyright situation but it seems to be all above board as far as I can tell. The owners of Sky FM (Digital Imported) are stated to have struck a revenue-sharing deal with the appropriate US copyright organization: So, subject to Maya's concerns about connections, it seems that this station is good for us, and for Hayley! If anyone thinks differently or if I've missed something, please say so, thanks! I don't believe it!!! "There's a Sparkle in Your Eyes"  I have been trying to get RTE Lyric FM to play "Sparkle" for over four years now, I have E Mailed several presenters about it but without success. I have even asked Hayley's "People" at Decca to provide RTE Lyric FM with more of Hayley's material ie Majesty, but they seem about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, and that's being polite about them  Maybe Hayley could bring a physical CD copy of There's a sparkle in your eyes to Marty Whelan the next time she is in Dublin, I believe she is to have a chat with Marty on his morning show sometime before her concert in Dublin's National Concert Hall on June the 14th, But, that may already be recorded.. Sparkle is such a wonderful recording reminiscent of a an earlier era of innocence and honesty, I think it could bring in thousands of new fans and could so easily have been a hit single somewhere. |

Hmm.. they just played "The last Rose of Summer" twice within five songs. Is tis getting a bit too repetitive?

Just missed hearing something caled "Crescent" by Hayley. Had to think about it. Must have been "Crescent Moon" from HSJS2 of BOHSJS. This is fantastic. Radio Hayley and friends.
Martin D You are right Martin, it was Crescent Moon - I was listening for a little while last night but gave up - nearly all Andrea Bocelli!  and very little Hayley Best wishes Grant Yes you are right, Grant, there are many Andrea Bocelli! I have happened to check 100 songs and below was the result. There were 6 Hayley's songs out of 100 and ranked 5th with Amici. On the other hand, Andrea Bocelli had 17.  Best wishes. Maya |

I Know!!! Three 7-minuite-long Andrea Bocelli songs in a row can really annoy you (That actually happened). Ugh. But they did play Yuki No Hana a while ago, and right now they're playing her duet of Amazing Grace w/ Minako Honda. Right now they are playing I Dreamed a Dream, and they recently played something called "The Future". I assume they mean "To the Future" from HSJS2, right? Hey, and they also played La Califfa... but by Katherine Jenkins. Why don't they ever play songs from Paradiso? |

Yeah, I noticed that too. They play everything from all of her albums EXCEPT Paradiso.  Someone needs to send them an mp3 of Once Upon A Time In The West, or something. Well, I remember when I was listening to CC station at yahoo.com several years ago now, and they were playing lots of Hayley music, but they didn't play ANYTHING from Celtic Treasure! It's almost like it was too recent for them to play it. Now that I think of it, it was the same deal with Josh Groban. They were playing stuff from his first 2 albums, but nothing from his most recent one, even though it had been out for a year or two by then! Weird. I have seen Josh songs on this station, but I guess I haven't paid as much attention to it. I think I'm going to, though. Wait. How many Treasure songs have we seen from this station? We saw Le Note Del Silenzio, and I think there might have been Shenandoah one time. Anything else?? BTW, they played Shiro..... from HSJS1. Haha. I don't feel like spelling it, it's too long! |

Aha! As if to prove to me they do play Treasure songs, they just played Let Me Lie! Which was immediately followed by River of Dreams! I'm still waiting for a newer Josh Groban song. If they play one in the next 10 minutes, we'll know they read this forum.  Like I said, though, they did play Le Note and Shenandoah, so I was just hoping to see MORE Treasure songs is all. |
