Thanks to Dave, and others for recording this program!
Quite enjoyable really...Hayley was on wonderful form accompanied with Benedetta Caretta (age 15)!
The presenter Gerry Scotti mentioned at least twice that Paradiso will be released in Italy on September 20th. Also Gerry spoke about the Hayley's song for ITV's Rugby World Cup theme.

Thanks for uploading the video, Dave!  It was another brilliant performance by Hayley, and I thought the woman with dark hair was quite amusing. She was clearly acting as an interpreter for Hayley, but her body language as she walked off the stage suggested that she felt unnecessary. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI see we've picked up seven new followers on Facebook overnight, and their names all look Italian to me. Just watched the video. I thought Hayley looked and sounded amazing and loved the way they painted her name in lights - very impressive.
Thought Benedetta was pretty good too - she won't forget that evening in a hurry!

Just watched- amazing, Benedetta was really good- only 15! Hayley looked beautiful and its really good to hear her live with an orchestra. I also liked how they showed the video with ennio talking about hayley- hopefully this will persuade italians to buy paradiso.

Wow great performances ! (although I think Gabriel's oboe was a little bit too slow...) Hayley was absolutely beautiful (dress, earrings, shoes...pefect!) and she probably made a reeealy good impression!I noticed the audience stood up at the end of both songs, I don't know if they did it for every performers of juste fow Hayley ! I hope that will definitely help promoting Paradiso in Italy and I also hope she'll appear on other big TV shows in other european countries (France?)! Elsa |

Just thought I should add that it's a great pity the two Youtube videos were blocked as there were some nice comments from Italians in the hour or two they were up there. Also from Comet (thanks Paul!): Hayley would have benefited from these if only the TV company had left them alone and adopted the monetization methods of the record companies, that Youtube offers; I find it quite sad and so '20th Century'. I'll add the two separate 'song' videos to the website later today (Hayley's complete appearance is already there). Dave |

I'm not much of a fashion critic, as I really know nothing about it, but I think it's safe to say we can all be glad she had that "wardrobe crisis", because that dress she picked looked absolutely amazing on her!!! And of course, her performance was far and away the highlight of the show. Excited to see how well the album does in Italia.  Matt |

Hi Dave,
It is their loss!! These are stunning performances - only just got round to looking at them. I was moved to tears - has Hayley won the hearts of yet another nation as she did in Taiwan when she first sang "The Moon Represents my Heart" in mandarin?
She both looked and sounded fantastic. The girl she sang with is a decent singer, only 15 years old, and it is a bit unfair to put her up against Hayley like that I thought, then ask her to sing in English. But seeing them together only showed us once again just how good Hayley really is...
This will have done Hayley no end of good in Italy. Especially as I'm sure they are very proud of Ennio Morricone, and will be touched to see that an international artist of Hayley's stature has chosen to record a whole album of Ennio's music. That puts the boot on the other foot from the way we usually see it. And then of course, that Ennio chose Hayley to make that album would suggest that Hayley has something special. I think that performance shows that he made the right choice!
Well done Hayley.
And of course huge thanks to you Dave for recording this and making it available.

Yeah, she was kind of in need of a more spectacular dress than what she's been wearing. The Reiss dresses don't quite cut it for something like that. I wonder if she bought anything for the Paradiso tour? And if she'll wear that on the tour, too? She should.
