Hi everyone,
Sara of Bandana has kindly informed me that Hayley's appearance on Titchmarsh will now be on Tuesday 27 September, so I have altered the thread title accordingly.
Cheers, Dave
(PS 'Loose Women' is unaffected.)

Strange though that today's ITV online programmes schedule is still showing Hayley as appearing.

Is Hayley on today's show? -if so I may be able to watch but not necessarily be able to hear it- i've been given drops to keep my ears clear from wax which builds up with my hearing aids but they make me feel like I'm in a tunnel and everything is really quiet an echoey- might have to put the subtitles again not sure they'll work though back on topic I wonder if/what she'll sing?

She just sang Whispers in a Dream, which was introduced by Alan Titchmarsh as Gabriel's oboe- didnt mention anything about that she wrote these lyrics. I have to confess I didn't like her dress as much as I like her others but it was stil al nice colour.. best wishes Sing

Yes, Sing, in fact a shortened version. Also, the string accompaniment miming to an orchestra recording! However, Hayley delivered superbly so that's the main thing and I even detected a little tear in Alan's eye afterwards. Martin

I think it is the first time I have been dissapointed with one of Hayley's dresses I certainly wasn't dissapointed with Hayley's performance that was as always superb.

I think it is the first time I have been dissapointed with one of Hayley's dresses I must admit I liked the dress. It was young and vibrant (just like Hayley)! As for looking like a dressing gown Jim, where do you buy yours?? Martin

Hi everyone, You can watch Hayley's performance and with a few screen captures on the HWI website here: Hayley on the Alan Titchmarsh show 27 Sep 2011or you can watch in directly on Youtube: www.hayley-westenra-international.com/content/hayley-alan-titchmarsh-show-27-sep-2011For the first time on HWI or HWIvid, this is available in full High Definition (Youtube version) i.e. in this case, 1920 x 1072. If your connection is fast (preferably over 5 mbps), select "1080p" from the options at the foot of the video; or you can try "720p" which is the next best. Of course, if your screen is less than 1920 pixels wide, you will only see it at your screen resolution. Here is a screen capture I took: I found the oddest thing to be not Hayley's no doubt fashionable dress (or whatever it's called! ) but the super-bright lighting on Hayley's legs and feet - it made me think the lighting technician was some "work experience" boy from the local college of Art & Design! Cheers, Dave

I wanted to see the tear in Alan's eye! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThe outfit looks like a cross between a coat and a dress. It's not that bad, though, and no, I wouldn't call it a dressing gown. Since when do dressing gowns (aka robes) have puffed shoulders like that?

Thanks for the video, Dave! I've just watched it in full screen at 720p, and the quality is superb. Hayley's dress isn't one of my favourites, but it still looks good. This is the direct link to watch the video on YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWAZyoxNsTs&eurlRichard
