Really nice Simba! You have a very rich tone. If we should ever decide to revive the song that us forum members wrote for Hayley to sing, perhaps you could record a vocal for the demo. Certainly would do better justice than mine -Rory

I'm busy with my own music lately, but in a few months I'd be happy to work on it with you. Judging my this recording, I'm sure you have equipment that you can import tracks to, right? Or if you'd prefer you could send tracks to me. Have you heard the song? Here's the thread: hwi.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Suggestions&action=display&thread=5416&page=2-Rory

Yes I can say I'm well equipped The song's good, was it you who composed the music? I like the lyrics The starting parts sound like some hayley song that I don't recall XD I think I'll go ahead record this just for the fun of it.

Yes, I composed the music, and as you can see many members contributed to the lyrics. I'd love to hear your take on it! -Rory

Also, I should mention that I intended for the vocals to be an octave higher, around where Hayley might sing it, so if those notes are in your range then go for it. You might consider changing the key also, anything to give the vocals more power, I sang it way too low lol

Yeah, I would take it up some 5 semitones higher An octave higher is possible, but it'd be in my falsetto, but I'll try include some high bits in it too improvisation, haha. Very nice song The more I listen to it I think of possibilities to make it more powerful.

Might be good to present it to Hayley again. She might not be quite so frantically busy now as she was the last time (we now know why of course).
