The song sounds pretty haunting but I like it, wish I could see the show but I don't live in the UK. I watch BBC drama series that air for Masterpiec Theatre, love Masterpiece Theatre.

Hi Meldy and welcome to the forum from me too! BBC America will also be broadcasting this series... so I hope you can get that channel. The latest news is... The BBC has put up a Jekyll Homepage! www.bbc.co.uk/drama/jekyll/There are video preview clips on there - and Hayley can be heard at the start of one clip and the end of another - so this is really happening.... very soon! Dave

Thanks Dave! Now I'll look forward to watching it, hopefully. The preview looks very interesting, and of course Hayley's performance is stunning. Currently, I've been watching "Doctor Who" (awesome show by the way ) so I hopefully the show will be aired. Meldy

Judging from the clip it appears Mr Nesbitt truns into Jim Carrey when in Hyde mode. The signs are not looking good, but never judge a book by a page half-way through. At least you hear Hayley at the beginning.

You missed out something: the title. Jekyll: Series 1 As the series is for six 55 minute episodes (no ads breaks, BBC) and even a double layer DVD generally contains no more than roughly 3 hours of video, it looks like we have two DVDs to buy.. and look at the price... £17.99... each!!! Actually, I am hoping it's really a 2 DVD set and HMV have made a mistake. In which case, what do they mean by Series 1? Hmmm... Maybe there will be a soundtrack CD as an alternative Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave Series 1 has got to be all 6 episodes surely? I've never heard of a series being only 3 episodes. I have some "Buffy" videos in most of those there are recap scenes at the beginning "Last time on..... etc" so the actual new material on episodes 2 through 5 will contain some repeats. Hopefully then it will all go on one DVD. Or maybe you are right - it is a 2 DVD set Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant, Yes they might be able to squeeze 6 episodes on one dual-layer DVD if they dropped some of the titles and recaps (do they do this in TV series DVDs?) but the video quality might suffer and there'd be no room for any extras. So I hope it's a 2 DVD set. However... with all 6 episodes included, the title "Series One" would in that case imply a second series at some future date! Cheers, Dave
