Out of this three performance, La Califfa was definately my favourite! She is just perfect there. In Metti Una Sera a Cena she is great too, but she will improve even more, the breathing could be better planned and measured, in my opinion, but I am pretty sure she will get it perfect. As for Gabriel's Oboe, well, the live performances so far do sound a bit odd to me, however, getting better everytime. And I am not criticising Hayyey's wonderful performances, I am only saying that those are new songs for her to perform live, and I am pretty sure she can and will get them even better than now.

Yeah you're totally right about the breathing, but ofcourse it's a tough song to sing....but I didn't notice any breaks in the album version (samples XD)....and sure she'd perfect it anyway...

Thank you for the videos!! Loved watching Gabriel's oboe- I think it's a really beautiful song and Hayley sings it sooo well! ...I haven't had time to watch the others yet...should really be doing coursework...deadline TOMORROW ...but I really needed a break...I have to say that for me Hayley's voice is as good at relaxing me as motivating me to work!!. ..I'll have to watch the rest later- must keep trying to resist- keep telling myself my reward will be being able to watch these videos. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif..I'll have to keep away from HWI for the next month because of exams and revision.. . that should be interesting to see how long I can keep away!! back on topic, I like the first interview too...Hayley's very relaxed until she talks about her boyfriend..I don't think she should say much if it makes her uncomfortable but I would like her to say his name some time...then I think we'll all know how to pronounce it properly!.. I love her dress too...Is it one we've seen before? My friend watched the video with me and said she'd love to have some screencaps- particularly to show other friends her dress (they're interested in dress making) but I've no idea how to make screencaps could someone help me? Thanks again for the videos! best wishes Sing

Hi, Sing, making a screen cap is very easy. There's a Prnt Scrn on any standard keyboards, locate it and press it when you see onscreen what you want to capture. Than, go to Paint (or any other graphical editor that supports pasting images) and paste it with Ctrl+V (or right-button click and paste). Then save it and you've got your screen cap, you can edit it with any program to get what you want.

Yes, I noticed the breathing too. The question is when do you breathe, that song must be quite difficult to get right. I noticed her interview technique is improving too. Perhaps somebody had a word with her about the David Beckham effect (you know). She did it a lot on the earlier interviews on this tour, but not at all on this set. Martin D

What intro are we talking about here? : D Is it a thing from the music video? if so I'd love to see it uploaded on youtube XD No it is just the first part of the Good Morning Show saying that Hayley will be singing and having a chat during the show.

Beautiful performances. Yes, La Califfa was perfect! I can't blame her for running out of breath during Metti... It must be hard to sing that many words, with not much time for a breath in between. I guess this shows which songs she's likely to sing for her Paradiso tour?

Yeah, but knowing hayley even the toughest, she can perfect So I'm sure we'd get perfect performances of Metti itself in the coming live performances Amalia is one song I'm dying to see her perform live, for this one song I just can't seem to imagine her facial expression when she sings the fast bits, I really hope she sings it live. (all my fav. songs of hers' were never performed live Summer Rain, I believe, My heart belongs to you, you are water....and such XD)

This is a beautiful interview.
I do not know if this represents their "standard" time or whether they did something special for Hayley, because it is so relaxed and unhurried, one gets the feeling the studio is almost in awe of her. I gained the impression that before the event, someone said, "Can we get Hayley Westenra?", to which the official response was "You'll be lucky but you can give it a go if you like." Rather like in England, when they were contemplating the "Dancing on Ice" series and wondered if they could get Torvill and Dean at all, let alone have them actually skate for them.
Hayley looks well, relaxed, has matured a little more and really seems at ease with her role in life. She seems a very happy girl indeed.
Paradiso also seems a very interesting and challenging CD.

Hi guys,
I thought she sang so well, I also noticed the breathing on Metti Una Sera, but then I know that must be hard, I'm a singer and I would definately struggle to breath in that one, I think half the problem is decideing where to breath in the first place, I know it will get better the more she sings it live. La Califfa was one of the most amazing things I have heard/ seen hayley sing- so much emotion- love it!

Hi Ross and Comet On La Califfa, I am getting a Welcome to MediaFire but no opportunity to download the file I get exactly the same although everything else downloads easily. Perhaps you could check the link?? You're doing a great job keeping us up to date with everything that's happening - it is very much appreciated Best wishes Grant

Yes, I had that problem for a while. It just seemed to go to my own Mediafire page. Since I have a mediafire account permanently logged in, I tried logging out but it didn't help. It then took me to the general Mediafire home page. In the end I removed the <br> that appeared at the end of the URL, and that seemed to do the trick. I then got the usual download page and cold download the file. No idea why it did that. I didn't have that problem with any of the others.
