Actually, any mention of the Jakarta concert is stritly speaking off topic here. Perhaps the thread should be renamed. I don't think creating a new thread for Jakarta would be helpful. Martin D Hi Martin D, It's not enough off-topic to worry about (Bocelli Tour being the common thread) but I may alter the thread title at some point, if I can think of one suitable and short enough to fit in the title bar!  I've been umming and ahhing about this article for a few days now so thanks for deciding me, I wondered if it should go in Andrea Bocelli's thread or here (as it's primarily about him). But it's also relevant to Hayley and in particular it implies that Andrea has organised it in two halves: one half with his operatic partner Elena Rossi and the other half for his classical crossover partner (Hayley). I find this to be very interesting and I'd love to find out how it was in fact done and who got the second half, if anyone has seen anything or sees anything. Cheers, Dave |

Yes, Hayley seems to have taken to showing more of her legs these days. But I still loved those long dresses she used to wear. The fact is, she looks good in just about anything!

i grew up a US expat (missionary kid actually) in Taipei, and i am so jealous. i've been encouraging all my Taiwan dwelling friends to go. i just found out a friend of a friend of mine will be singing in the choir backing Hayley and Andrea up  ))) |

sigh  i just found out that Hayley sang in Jakarta. i wish i had known... my uncle Stephen Tong just built Jakarta's (well Indonesia's) largest and best classical concert hall... its called the Aula Simfonia Jakarta... he built it especially for classical music (he is a crazy classical musical devotee and composer - well a total genius really in so many undescribeable ways)... i think that venue would be well suited for Hayley's voice... i wish i had known as i could have put them in contact! I missed the Jakarta concert, unfortunately. I was under the impression that she was not coming. But not that I'll never be able to see her. Maybe next time. Those pictures are fantastic though. Hayley looks lovely! |
