Hello Maya and thank you for your kind words Some of my friends had affected by the earthquake and the Tsunami and some lost their lives. I thought Hayley was selecting and singing A Thousand Winds thinking the devastation in CHCH and Japan and the song was a message to us from Hayley. I had wondered what prompted Hayley to select for, and begin her concert with, A Thousand Winds. Nothing was said to suggest you are right in your thinking BUT it is the sort of thing that Hayley might think to quietly do as an act of remembrance. Best wishes Grant

Right, nobody rose to the bait, although if you had been paying attention you would have known what my last video is, since I mentioned it in a tweet to Hayley. But I'm going to inflict it on you anyway. I at least love this song, it is just so beautiful. I thought it was beautiful when Sarah Brightman sang it. It is even more so when Hayley sings it. Tim's piano sets it off perfectly, and although the arrangement is totally different to the one on Paradiso it is equally beautiful in my opinion. So here it is. www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2dPlzd-L8o La Califfa. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Martin D
