A song not for Hayley to sing but be sung to her is one make popular by my idol Frank Sinatra. MY FUNNY VALENTINE Laarry Larry, how about you do the honors? I like how you spelled your name, by the way. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI have a theory that the best singers of all time have last names that end in "ra". Now for the next quiz... I can't think of any others besides Westenra and Sinatra.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned "https://i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifark Waltz". Or "Snowflower", perhaps her greatest love song of all. Martin D yes! two of my absolute favorite songs...the violin alone in dark waltz is enough to send chills through me...and snowflower is such a powerful song of love and in my opinion...of how love if it is true and meant to be can make it through anything...

Libby, Carmen Electra is a singer. You can look it up on wiki.
To bring us back to the main topic, yes there are indeed many Hayley songs that are especially appropriate for Valentine's Day. And I suspect she has songs for just about every major holiday as well. Perhaps when I have nothing better to do I'll set up such a list. Here's a glimpse of what it might resemble when I start:
Mother's Day -- "Ave Maria" Father's Day -- "O Mio Babbino Caro"; "She Moved Through the Fair" Arbor Day -- "The Mummers' Dance" Memorial Day -- "Dido's Lament"; "Amazing Grace" Halloween -- "Wuthering Heights" Columbus Day -- "Santa Lucia" Thanksgiving -- "I Say Grace"

Hi Steve,
What on earth is "Arbor Day". Something to do with trees? I also don't really understand Memeorial Day, Columbus Day or Thanksgiving either.
But for "Mothers Day", or Mothering Sunday which is not the same thing, you have the whole of HSJS2 to choose from, an album of songs about motherhood and dedicated to Hayley's mum. Ave Maria (and you didn't even say which one) doesn't come close.
Father's Day - well I'd go for "You are Water".
Guy Fawkes Night - well, there is a challenge!
Burns Night? Some say it is the same thing as Guy Fawkes night (mostly those who work in hospitals, and they tend to have the requiseite black humour too) but the date is different.

Hi Steve, What on earth is "Arbor Day". Something to do with trees? ... Exactly! And per the Wiki entry, its origin has something in common with Hayley: Arbor Day (from the Latin feminine noun arbor, simply meaning tree) is a holiday in which individuals and groups are encouraged to plant and care for trees. It originated in Nebraska City, Neb., in the United States in 1872. J. Sterling Morton is the founder of Arbor Day. The first Arbor Day was held on April 10, 1872, and an estimated 1 million trees were planted that day. Many countries now observe it on various dates, depending on climate and suitable planting season, usually in the spring.

Martin D Hi Martind Arbor day is about trees as you thought. But don't make light of trees as without them our ecosystem would collapse. In the US we plant trees on arbor day. Of course you know, since I know you are a bright guy, that the trees absorb carbon dioxide and emit oxygen. Also when we were kids what would we climb if there were no trees? Memorial Day , formerly called Decoration Day, began after WW1 when we in the U S decorated the graves of the dead of the war. After WW2 it was changed to Memorial to honor all the war dead from both wars. Incidentally England and the U S were allies in both wars. I'm a Father so that's my day. Columbus Day celebrates the founding of the American continent. Well at least the Caribbean islands. Thanksgiving Day is when the colonist from England broke bread with the Native Americans, formerly called Indians since Columbus was looking for a route to India when he stumbled across the lower part of the Americas. Who's Guy Fawkes? Martin I hope you realize that my tongue is in my cheek. I just love to post stuff that some may find enlightening. All my best Larry
