Her voice is as gorgeous as ever there! I liked the pretty pink border they put at the top of the video. At first when I saw the photo without translating the blurb, I thought she was doing some advertisement. It reminds me of the scenes from the Boysenberry commercials from Japan. She looks every bit as blissful as she did there. Now, if that doesn't convince you to drink your water, I don't know what will! :rollin

Hello folks! I like the YouTube video. Dave, do you think it's good enough to post on our website, perhaps as a separate story? Edit: I've done it. I included one of the photographs from the Liberty Times. Richard

Hi everyone, Another nice photo that came with this article! news.chinatimes.com/reading/0,5251,110513x112010102600517,00.html (P.S Getting Google Translate installed on your toolbar is great for all of these Taiwanese news articles! The translations are funny, but you can kind of guess what they mean! :rollin) Here is the You Tube link to a video that I posted earlier: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqgbogpFwGQCheers, Jillian

www.taiwannews.com.tw/etn/news_content.php?id=1414292&lang=eng_news&cate_img=logo_taiwan&cate_rss=TAIWAN_engNew Zealand soprano Hayley Westenra, also popularly known as Hayley, visited Taiwan again to hold two concerts in Kaohsiung on October 27 and in Taipei on November 1. Hayley said at a press conference on October 25 that she was so exciting to come back after her last performance at the opening ceremony of the 2009 World Games in Kaohsiung. The program in these two concerts includes Amazing Grace, Prayer, Scarborough Fair, May It Be, A Thousand Winds and Shining Tears in English; The Moon Represents My Heart in Mandarin Chinese; and Flower in the Rainy Night in Taiwanese. “I discovered this popular Taiwanese song on the Internet. It is a quite sad song but has beautiful melody,” Hayley said. “One Taiwanese lady in London taught me how to sing this song and explained the meaning of this song to me.” During this Asian tour, she will also perform at the closing ceremony of the 2010 World Expo, Shanghai, on Oct. 31.

Hi everyone, Check out this video of Hayley at her rehearsal! You can hear a bit of her singing 'Hana'! Sounds like a pretty awesome arrangement! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif www.youtube.com/watch?v=V13zJL2k0DkMNA who are promoting Hayley in Taiwan for these concerts are doing a stellar job - they are not leaving any stone unturned in terms of generating publicity for Hayley. Cheers, Jillian

Hi everyone! Hayley's performance of 'Amazing Grace' has been mentionned in two French websites: Taiwan Info and "Bureau de Représentation de Tapei en France", but this latter quotes Taiwan Info as the source, so for both links the text is the same. Here are the links: www.taiwanembassy.org/fr/ct.asp?xItem=165317&ctNode=535&mp=122taiwaninfo.nat.gov.tw/ct.asp?xItem=124882&ctNode=467&mp=4You may have noticed there is a big mistake, because they say she's a Unesco ambassador instead of a UNICEF ambassador... I wonder if they read again what they had written Anyway, here's the translation: Best regards Juliette

It seems tonight's show went well. I am sure the audience in Kaohsiung love Hayley.
