Bill I hope the terms of his licence won't prevent him from honouring existing orders, afterall, it is highly likely that at least a small percentage of the audience would have been from abroard and it was genuinely unintentional to breach the terms of the licence. Best wishes Grant |

So I don't get this one or the Northern Ireland one, now, do I?  re-read my signature  i feel your pain.... tony.... NZ post charges by weight as does amazon. hence the charge for 2 DVDs is quite literally twice [actually more cos its in 500gm increments] what one is. i have noticed other postal services charge somewhat less mercenarily. international postage from here is at least 2x what amazon charge |

If Mr Underhill has to refund us, he will be out of pocket and he doesn't deserve that. He was trying to do something nice on a limited scale for those who supported the show and the RBL, and it backfired because the show included Hayley, who has fans all over the world.
I rather hope he can resolve the licencing issues, and can fulfil the existing orders and hopefully make the DVD available worldwide for future orders. That way everyone wins. Anything else will dissapoint people and perhaps leave Mr Underhill having to find a way to refund us, which will probably cost him.

I can only hope that the international response has been such that consideration is being given to relicensing the DVD for international sale. This can only benefit the Underhill's fund raising efforts for the Royal British Legion. That would be nice, but somehow I doubt it. I don't understand why they wouldn't allow people who hadn't attended the concert to buy the DVD, even if it was just those within the UK. What if there were some who couldn't make it to the concert (was it sold out?). It would be nice for them to at least have a DVD of the show. Also, if people are willing to pay the money for this, whether they attended or not, they ideally should be allowed to have it. Well, now I'm hoping for an international release of the Ireland one. The fact that Bandana is discussing it with DFT is encouraging. |

No information as to the length or region on the info.
Very much a privately produce DVD.
Have seen the first 1 hour 15 mins but then had to turn it off...So far Hayley has sung...

Second half 1 hour 3 mins. No menu on the disc, I had to fast forward it to the end of the 1st half beginning of the second. Sound level very 'up and down' TV at full volume for some bits and then quick reduction for the next as it blasts the speakers ! Enjoy, Graham |
