Can I just say, questions like 'Will Hayley come to X country' or 'will x album come out in x country' are not going to be asked. A similar thing happened during my last interview where I had so many people from so many different countries asking those questions that I couldn't ask for everyone and it would have been unfair to pick and choose - I ended up asking where she would be touring other than UK and Japan to make it inclusive to everyone. Not to mention, Hayley has no idea (nor control) over the answer to these questions, usually.
I would speculate that the Japanese albums will never be released here. They are done and dusted now and she is working on a new album, I don't see why she would go back to them, nor do I believe that you can successfully "sell" a Japanese product in the UK. I don't think the mass audience are interested. I listen to a lot of Japanese music and they never make it over here. They never even visit.

Richard, it's Elliot's question. True, but Richard does have a point I was fortunate enough to get the first HSJS from Amazon UK, but the second is perpetually listed as 'Not Available', sadly. What makes it worse is that I honestly think HSJS is her best album to date, meaning I really want to get 2. I think whoever is preventing a worldwide release on those is making a huge, huge mistake.

Okay, but I hope you do ask my other question, though. I guess this might be a similar thing, in that she might not know what singers she's going to sing with in the future, but I'd at least like to know whether she's interested in collaborating with Josh, so you don't have to ask the part about whether she knows if she's going to or not.

Out of the questions so far, though, I can guess which ones you'll choose. They are good questions that I'm certainly interested in seeing the answers to.
Nicola, do you think you'll be able to interview her around when her album is released, too?

Hey Libby,
I don't mind asking who she wants to collaborate with. Or even mentioning Josh by name, I guess. He is a big name. As to when I interview her, I leave it up to Bedlem to contact me if they want her promoted on my site. I don't chase interviews because they are a lot of hard work (takes about 3-6 hours to finish writing it up) not to mention that interviewing people is not exaclty my forte since I've had social phobia of x amount of years (it's better now though!)

I hope you do mention Josh by name. The reason I want to know this is because she mentioned wanting to collaborate with him years ago, and I'm just wondering if she still wants to, or sees this as a possibility anytime soon. Especially since they're both such good songwriters. I really wish she could tour with him in the U.S., but I know that's up to Josh's management, and I'm not sure her style would match up with his. That's hard to say at this point, though. But a bunch of swooning ladies waiting for their Josh may not be the best audience for her. It's possible their albums might be released around the same time this year, though, but their touring schedules probably wouldn't work out.

Hi Nicola, I have a heap of random questions, so I thought that I'd list them all. I don't know if they're relevant to what you what to ask, but hey, you're free to pick and choose! 1. If you could be granted any three wishes for your career, what would they be? 2. You seem to be realy happy with how the new album is going. What has been the most exciting event so far in preparing for the new album? 3. What do you think is the most difficult situation you've faced in you're career so far and how has that changed you? 4. What has been the most fun time you've ever had on tour? 5. Many classical crossover artists such as Katherine Jenkins and Blake have covered recent pop hits such as 'Bring Me to Life' and 'Chasing Cars' in a classical way. What are your thoughts on this? Can I now just list random, stupid questions? This interviewing thing is hard, I don't know how you do it! 6. How does the packaging for your albums work? Do you get a say in what the cover and album artwork looks like? 7. You occassionally update us on Twitter about your cooking adventures. What would we find in your refridgerator right now? 8. If you had 6 months with no obligations or committments and you could do anything you wanted, what would you do? LOL Anyway. That's that.

6. How does the packaging for your albums work? Do you get a say in what the cover and album artwork looks like? I would imagine that she at least has a say in which photos from the shoot she likes the best, but she might not get the final say on which is used for the cover. 8. If you had 6 months with no obligations or committments and you could do anything you wanted, what would you do? I imagine she'd go home for part of the time, and do some travelling the rest of the time. She once mentioned wanting to go to Brazil because a friend of hers was from there, so maybe she'd finally be able to take the time to do that, if she still wanted to. A big stretch of time off would be nice, but doesn't seem possible anytime soon.

Two and a half hours away! I am asking many questions about the upcoming album. I hope to get at least a little new/exclusive info on it. How much she will tell me, I don't know. I imagine she will decline most as she won't want to dish anything that is not yet confirmed. But if you don't ask, you don't get!

Hi Nicola,
I agree! As they say, you never ever know if you never ever go! ha ha
Good luck with it! I can't wait to hear how it went!
Cheers, Jillian

Currently picking fans questions - many overlap with the own questions I'm asking in the interview, so if you see a question in the main body of the interview that looks like its yours - it's a coincidence! Especially as far as the album goes, which is what most of you have asked.
I've had over 50 fan questions sent to me, just trying to find them all in the different places they've been sent to me, lol. It's hard to select. I really like one of Jillian's questions, but it's very close to a question asked by Kristyn Murphy... think I'll just credit both of you. XD
Anyway.... onwards with the selecting! I can't ask any more than 5 fans questions max, so this is really hard!

Okay, interview completed. Unfortunately, she really couldn't say ANYTHING about the album. Which I was expecting, so never mind. She did, however, give me a predicted time that it will be released. She also made a hint that might excite international fans.

Another thing I mentioned that I won't publish: Pete asked me to check if there was any accuracy in IMDB listing Hayley as Hayley "Anna" Dee Westenra. The answer to that is no, that is not accurate. She was a bit confused where they plucked that name from. XD Hayley and I also discussed Japan; enthusiast to enthusiast. I won't publish that as it was a bit 'me me me', but as you may already know, she said very nice things about the country, that she loves it there, and it's a unique culture.
