I posted a message on the Il Divo forum early today mentioning that some of us were voting for Il Divo and suggesting that they helped us out too, with Hayley!  At that time, Hayley was 57% and il Divo were leading G4 by 48%/47% so there, it is obviously very close so don't forget to vote for I.D. too (unless you are a raving fan of of of the others in the poll, ) I've no idea when the poll finishes! Also, at some point, Katherine fans will find out about this poll and then, we can expect a lot more competition! Cheers, Dave |

Thanks for spreading the word on the Il Divo forum, Dave. Fair exchange is no robbery, as they say!  As well as Hayley's official forum, I've also posted the details on Tashi's Pure Talent Online forum, and the Crystal and Natasha International forum, in the Hayley Westenra threads of course. We should remember that whatever Hayley fans can do so can all the other fans and when everyone who is interested finds out about the poll, and starts voting, again and again and again (which some people will - whatever they say!) the poll will get a lot closer. It will probably end up like the Il Divo/G4 poll if it goes on for long enough - even if Hayley keeps her lead in actual votes cast, the percentages will get closer... and closer... and closer. A 50 vote lead out of 100 votes cast is a massive percentage. A 50 vote lead out of 10,000 votes cast is... a 1% lead. If and when it gets to that stage, nobody will know who is going to end up the winner - just like the Il Divo/G4 poll is turning out. Let's hope they stop the poll before it reaches that stage and then do a report or something on the actual GMTV show, otherwise it won't do anyone any good except for the gm.tv website that's getting hundreds of extra hits! Hi Dave Richard and Raymond, I fear the Katherine lobby are on to it now, Hayley has dropped to 58% and Katherine is at 28% a big rise since I last looked, I would not be surprised if is has been broadcast on Welsh TV !!  All we can do is vote and hope the Poll closes soon. Happy voting Steve H |
