As Richard would say: ONLY 7 DAYS TO GO! This concert appears to be unaffected by recent events so I look forward to seeing a number of members there on the day. Richard - suggestions for time and place of meeting? Martin

Hello Martin! We can meet at any time in the Fairfield Halls foyer. We could have lunch there, or a hot meal after 5:00pm. See you there, Richard

Hi Really looking forward to this concert. Hopefully, there will be no "unforeseen logistical problems" with both Hayley and The RAF Central Band based in London(Greater London)? cheers Tony

Richard - suggestions for time and place of meeting? Martin Hi Martin I hope you have a good time in Croydon. If someone wants my ticket tell them to go to the box office and give my name and they can collect it. I think it's for the first row. No sense of letting it go to waste. To add injury to my disappointment I'm sitting on the couch with my knee iced up. I stepped off a ladder and tore the meniscus in my left knee. When it rains it pours. Larry

That link to the Croydon Guardian just will not do anything for me. I wanted it to post on the official forum, which I did, but I just cannot get it to go anywhere; it just sits there for an eternity... or almost. I don't like copying text from this forum, because it takes the background color with it. It's kind of blinding against a yellow background. But that was the only way I could post it. Sorry, just slightly off-topic.

Hi everyone What time is everyone arriving? Will it be the usual mid afternoon? Best wishes Mark Hi Mark I will not be there until after 5pm. Have to check into hotel first as spending a few day in London. Staying in The Docklands, which is about an hour (Light Railway, Underground and then Train) from Croyden. cheers Tony

It looks like I am the first to post after the concert. I couldn't sleep with so much going on in my head.
I thoroughly enjoyed the concert last night. Hayley was fantastic of course, but the RAF band were really good too.
It was good to meet all of you on the front row. Thanks, Richard and Grant, for taking me and James under your wing to meet Hayley afterwards.
Larry, I'm sorry you couldn't make it. Hayley stood to one side of the stage and you would have had the best view in the house! I had the aisle seat three rows behind yours and still had a great view of Hayley.
Must try going back to sleep now :zz: !
