Hi all, Yesterday at the guest book of the german Hayley-Homepage www.heyleywestenra.de somebody (Ute and Willi) wrote that Hayley was singing on german TV-station MDR last Wednesday, 24 th of May 2006 in a “show” which was called “BILD OSGER 2006” I was not watching this show, because I had no information about this performance of Hayley. Also till today I don’t know what song Hayley was singing. Greetings, Lothar

Hi Lothar,
Thank you for the information. It's a pity you didn't see it but good that she received some airtime in Germany.

Oh the sacred dance (at least it looks like sacred dance) in the background! How lovely! Thank you for this link. I would love to dance while Hayley sings someday...

Cathleen, you are a wonder !!!You're a real sleuth. Very well done!!! And the clip is well worth having so it should (in my opinion) join our website video archive. I loved her little condensed dance too. Very reminiscent of the Cadogen Hall 1 'Mummers Dance' dance. Not only that, she used the German familiar plural of 'Thank You' i.e. a very warm expression of thanks (not coldly polite & distant). And Caite, make sure Hayley knows you'd like to fellow perform with her. It seems to me you'd synchronise well together & compliment each other. (like an extra touch) Graemek

Thank you Cathleen! I heard that Hayley performed during that TV show one day too late. Thanks to you I haven't missed anything. Well done. That video is really worth to join the archive! Thomas

Hi Thomas, hi all,
do you know when this TV-show was made and broadcasted? What was the name of this show when Hayley was performing?
Kind regards, Lothar

Hi Lothar! That show was about the conferment of a TV price called "Die Goldene Henne 2006" (The golden hen 2006). It was broadcasted on the channel MDR on Wednesday 20th September from 8 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. I also missed the show. On the HW.com forum I read a post from somebody who met Hayley that evening. So, thanks again Cathleen for the link. Thomas

Hello everybody! I've made many attempts to watch the clip, all without success, but now I know why. I've just tried to watch it in RealPlayer, only to find out that it requires QuickTime, which cannot be downloaded on the computers here in the Internet Café! I give up! Richard

Hi Richard! Files with the ending .mov are QuickTime movies and that programme opens automatically when I double-click on the file after I've downloaded it. But on my computer it runs also with RealPlayer. I have version 10. What version do you have in the Internet Café? Can you update there if necessary? The host www.cshare.de won't keep the movie forever so I downloaded it and keep it on my harddisk to post it online again if necessary. At the moment I don't know how to convert the movie into another format like mpeg. I'll try to find out something. Maybe someone else knows? Thomas
