I thought the same when I first saw her, although like you said it's a bit disturbing considering how much more attractive Hayley looks (to me, at least)

Oh yes, she is most definitely far more attractive. Especially when you see the unflattering pics from the "other side". Hayley never has an unflattering moment; the other girl... yeah, she does have those.

I can see a resemblance here, but it's probably the Queen's smile rather than her face.

Indeed, she has similar looking teeth and eyebrows. The eyes and nose are different however, and the queen's face is broader. If I met them both in the street, I don't think I would confuse them.
