Hi Jono HaHa!! I wasn't trying to steal your thunder and was quite happy to conceded that you and New Zealand were, indeed, first to receive and hear "Winter Magic". I was quite satisfied to win the UK race! Best wishes Grant Grant I was just about to request a photo finish and then I found the evidence that proves that I was runner up: Next time I shall stand in front of the Parcelforce van.

I just got my special edition of Winter Magic from CDJapan today. I've just finished listening to it. Among my favorites (of the actual Christmas/winter songs) so far are Veni Veni Emmanuel, Silent Night, All With You, Peace Shall Come, and River. Coventry Carol, Winter's Dream, and Corpus Christi Carol contain very beautiful, haunting vocals. I haven't decided whether I like All With You or Peace Shall Come best. Before the U.S. version is released, I am definitely going to request that my local Christian station play Peace Shall Come, as well as some of the others. On the Wings of Time is the best over all. It's one of the most beautiful melodies I've ever heard. For anyone who's not sure whether to get this version, believe me, you don't want to miss it!! I hope it's on the NZ version, too, though. Come on, it does have Maori lyrics, after all!

Oh yeah, I like all the photos, too. My favorites on the calendar are the one by July/August and November/December. The July/August one is so pretty!

Anyone ever tried to post an album review at CD Japan? It says use same login, but after several tries I've given up for now. Maybe it has to be in Japanese. Best wishes Grant

Well, Belinda, I'll at least start with the Christian station. I asked them to play Abide with Me once, but of course, they never did. However, during Christmas, they do seem more likely to play renditions of carols by artists not labeled as "Christian" artists. Hayley isn't, even though I feel sure she is a Christian. There is another Christian station I could try, although it doesn't come in as well in my area. I'll request the other songs, too, and also to other, regular stations.
