Thank you Karsten for all your wonderful photos. I like how you include everybody, not just Hayley, even if she is our favorite. I really like the sparkly dress! I think I'm seeing more gold than silver in it now. I suppose the lights bring out the gold more than when she's in darker lighting. In the photo from Japan, it looked very shiny, but I didn't see any gold then. Probably because the picture was darker, maybe?

Hi Karsten Thanks for the great photos and it looks like you had much better lighting conditions that the members had at Peterborough. I particularly liked the photo in post #43. I have also just realised that of course Cathedrals generally do not have pianos (with the exception of Salisbury recently) so poor old Tim has to make do with an electric one! Best Wishes Martin

Thanks for the wonderful photographs, Karsten! I agree that #43 and #45 are very cute, but Hayley still shows her youthful radiance and that little touch of class that separates her from the rest. What I'm really trying to say is that Hayley is becoming even more photogenic as she gets older. Best Wishes, Richard

..... giving a yelp when her heel got caught in a crack on the stage. Hi Bill, Hayley did exactly the same at Ripon ! Looks like she did not take the hint. Best Wishes, Graham

This concert definitely helped me forget about my disappointment from the previous evening, having seen Manchester United lose on my first visit to Old Trafford. We were sidetracked on the way to the concert, by the Illuminated Art Car Parade through the Manchester streets. Some of these vehicles were brilliantly made, I had to stop and admire their creativity. On arrival at the cathedral, there was a limited number of seats available, but we managed to get reasonable seats nonetheless. I haven't got a copy of Winter Magic yet, but what better way to first hear some of the songs, than live in concert. Hayley was in great form and sang as beautifully as I've ever heard her sing, and not even holes in the floor or high heels was going to affect her performance. Tim and the multi-talented Andy were excellent too. Raven were excellent, the highlight for me being The Fawlty Towers theme (it took me a few seconds to figure out what it was! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif). I got a copy of Raven's CD at the signing, which is excellent. Now, I can't wait to get a copy of Hayley's CD tomorrow. I really liked River, Sleigh Ride, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and O Holy Night, but all songs were sung brilliantly. O Holy Night is my favourite Christmas song, but I'm disappointed its not on the new album. Hayley was her usual friendly self, posing for photographs and signing autographs afterwards. Raven, the same. Nice to meet up with some HWI'ers again, some of which I'd met before, others I hadn't. A thoroughly enjoyable evening. For those who are able to attend a concert on the tour, you won't be disappointed if this concert is anything to go by. It'll definitely put you in the Christmas spirit

Hi All Does anyone remember when our fantastic night with Hayley started with a bang !.My wife Vicki, Bethany and I were sitting waiting for Hayley to come on and all of a sudden there was this bang above our heads and we got showered in what we found out later was fragments of glass. What had happened was one of the Cathedrals spot lights had blown ! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIt was great to see everyone, thanks again Karsten for the photos. Andy
