Although I haven't said so here, I have been voting regularly ever since Tasslehoff gave us the link. Hayley now has 1012 votes (28 less than Kate Bush) and is in 22nd position.

Go Hayley! Looking at these names, I'm not familiar with 9 of these singers that are currently above Hayley...some of the choices are a joke imo. I agree, I would say that I'm not familiar with many of these singers, some I know only by name and a couple of songs, like Martin said, I don't rate any of those singers above Hayley either. Correct me if I'm wrong, I have all the albums from The Corrs, but how can Sharon Corr be considered for best female vocalist?!  When as far as I know, she only have a duet with her sister Caroline on the song "No Frontiers" (a beautiful song by the way), and provides the backing vocals for her sister Andrea! Kate Bush is only 6 votes ahead now!  Let's keep voting! GO HAYLEY! |

I think contest like this are just silly. With everyone voting as many times as they can it is just a stacked vote. Dave said that some artists fans don't play fair and vote only once. Well neither do Hayley Westenra's fans so the final vote count for this contest really means nothing. It is just who has so much time to just sit on the computer and vote over and over. That is what I think anyway
