Hi Dori, lol Well, Faryl Smith wore a really nice Karen Millen dress: So I google imaged 'Karen Millen' and a picture of Hayley's dress came up! Sheer luck I suppose! ha ha ha i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif :rollin Cheers, Jillian

That looks blue, to me, not green. Either way it would've looked nice on Hayley, too. But for the stage, I think black was better. The sparkles stand out better that way. I have to say I'm really glad Hayley didn't choose the low-cut version. It's hideous, just hideous. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

For once, the model looks halfway decent! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I'm looking for a good close-up of the bluish dangley earrings she wears sometimes. She wore them in the photo in MartinD's sig. pic. I looked through that thread, but not very good close-ups of them. It's hard to find decent pics of her earrings sometimes, because either there are no good close-ups or her hair is covering her ears. Hi Libby, Just spotted this. That photo is from the Beaumanor Hall concert, but in most of my still photos, her earrings are covered by her hair. I have several videos from that concert though, that are on my YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/my_videos?feature=mhumScarboroght Fair, Ave Maria and Hine vids she is wearing them, so you might get a decent view at some point. It is probably worth a look. Martin D

Hi Libby, That's actually the back of the dress -- lol It would be pretty risque if it was the front! Cheers, Jillian

Really? Because that didn't look like shoulder blades to me! Unless they just put it backwards on the "bust".

Yep, they just put it on the thing backwards! I still say it looks hideous, and I don't mean the dress!

Really? Because that didn't look like shoulder blades to me! Unless they just put it backwards on the "bust". I think they just flipped the model thing. The model thing only has a front, no back. So what you see is just the back of the model, and since it's hollow, it's just an inversion of the front. Nice finds, Jillian! (: cheers, Joanne

Hi everyone, It's always so nice when old mysteries get solved! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifNow, I've just come across a bit of a mystery. I was reading the thread for Hayley at the Chichester Festivities in 2007. Dave posted photos of a dress which looks very much like Hayley's sleeved and diamante black dress, but in white. Can anyone help me out here? So, the one photo that any of us have, I think, of the first half... a white dress that Steve and I didn't recognise... is a very poor one by normal standards, it started life as bright yellow and this cannot be corrected fully. So I've made two versions: one with faded yellow and the other in black and white (white is the actual dress colour) and perhaps some of you will be able to tell us if it is in fact new. Hayley's dress in part 1 - yucky colour version and black and white version (the dress is white!) Cheers, Dave This is the white dress that I was wondering about in my post above! It's great that Hayley's given it a new airing, as it is such a pretty dress! It is by Temperley London and it's the white version of this dress: Catwalk photo: i642.photobucket.com/albums/uu145/iamjillian88/AliceTemperleyiFall20062.jpg

Ooooh, Grant, thanks for the close-up! I'm still dying to see the rest of the photos and report, too! I was wondering if that dress was the same design as the black one. Wow, I just love this dress, I think it's my new favorite. It's just so pretty and elegant on Hayley. As I said in the Salisbury thread, I love her hairstyle with it, and the earrings go perfectly with it. Now if we could just have a close-up of those earrings, too... Either way, I think I'll probably vote for them in my earring poll.

Actually, it turns out we have seen those earrings before, but not very close. You couldn't see the diamond part at the bottom, though, but I'm quite certain these are the ones, seen here at Blackbarn, Havelock North: Courtesy of Ross. Thanks again for the close-up, Grant. Otherwise, this photo was all I had for this pair.

Hi Libby Actually, it turns out we have seen those earrings before, but not very close. You couldn't see the diamond part at the bottom, though, but I'm quite certain these are the ones, seen here at Blackbarn, Havelock North: I don't think they are the same unless Hayley has had them altered. I copied and blew up Ross' photo and there are clearly only 3 drop rings. The ones Hayley wore on Saturday look identical in part but have an additional ring plus the set stone, making five drops in all. From the picture I took the 'additional' bits don't look as though they were added later so I would say they are a different pair. Best wishes Grant
