Thanks, Jillian! But surely Hayley isn't a "diva"?? At least not by this definition of the word. The ornithology thing was kinda funny, but i still think Hayley looks great in the black dress haha. cheers, Joanne

I wasn't sure about the black dress at first, either, since I was used to seeing her wear pretty dresses, but I love how it looks on her. The lack of excitement from the dress makes you notice Hayley herself more, as well as the jewelry. I think their description is a little uncalled for, although I'm not crazy about feathery, fringey stuff, myself.

Hello Libby! I agree with you about the black dress. Hayley always makes her dresses look special, rather than the other way round. Richard

And what would be so wrong about channelling a Maori Cloak? hmm? I hear that they're all the rage in Royal fashion circles. Prince William was sporting one around New Zealand only a few months ago! :rollin

Hello Jillian! If I had to choose between Prince William and Hayley, it wouldn't be a difficult decision! Richard

I'm afraid I'd have to agree with Richard on that one, too. I like Hayley better in general anyway, but I can't say that I get what's so wonderful about the princes, other than that they are princes... Yes, Richard, come to think of it, the green dress from 2008 was fairly plain and unexciting, too, but her hair was pretty. She looked great in it, of course. I think we were all more interested in the duet that year than anything else! I think the most flashy dress she's worn to the awards is the sparkly blue one in 2004.

Me agen! Do you know who designed Hayley's dresses in the treasure album? ? My big sis Tannith wants to know?

The dress on Celtic Treasure looks very similar to the one she wore in the Tsubomi video, but there are some very slight differences. I've been wondering if they're two different dresses, or if the dress is just changeable.

Yes, if you looked a the Hayley geneology thread, you would see that these Windsors are mere upstarts compared to our Hayley... Martin D
